I visited Armen in early October 2024, quietly, calmly, safely, Wi-Fi works well on both floors, shower-mush, everything works well, you can work quietly, and you don't worry about things, tea-coffee, everything is high in unlimited quantities, live-get high. One small inconvenience that confused me is that the way to the shower and toilet lies through the kitchen, which is a little embarrassing, you don't look like bath accessories.

Impressions about the hostel are the most pleasant
The first immediately at the entrance is a spacious hall, beautiful decoration, high ceilings
Second: a friendly, friendly host. He took me around the hostel, showed me where it is and how to use it.
In the following days, he suggested how and where it was more interesting to go, what to see. He knows the history of his homeland well , willingly shares his knowledge
Third: everything necessary is provided. Dishes, appliances, the ability to cook, warm up, wash, sit comfortably at elegant tables made of solid wood.
Furniture is good everywhere! Chairs, cabinets, tables. Storage lockers.
Fifth: the beds are comfortable, the beds are cozy, the linen is clean, pleasant.
Sixth: great location...
everything is close. The center, shops, cafes, walking areas, squares. Very close to the local outdoor vernissage, where you can buy and admire souvenirs, handicrafts and works of art.
If I happen to come to Yerevan again, I will stay only here!

I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights. The hostel is nice, the atmosphere is friendly, the hosts are excellent. They settled in late in the evening and immediately gave us freshly brewed coffee and fed us fruits. Everything is clean, all conditions for a comfortable stay. In the heat, this place is like an oasis, the air conditioner did a great job. If I am in Yerevan, I will stay at this hostel again

Spending the night or staying for a few days is a great place!
Very cozy and nice place. The rooms have double beds with curtains, sockets and individual light bulbs. Even at +40 it is cool, there is air conditioning. Tea and coffee are free.
I will say separately about the staff. Very helpful and kind people.
Plus, it is convenient that you can leave your things if you leave Yerevan for a few days.

I stayed in early November.
A great hostel and a very friendly host. At the time of my stay, some parts of the hostel were in the process of gentrification, but this did not interfere at all.
The beds are made with clean white linens. There is a powerful kitchen.
The host treated us to coffee and told us a lot about Armenia. I lived for a week and got high.
I'll definitely be back again.

1. The rooms are located in the basement, there are no windows. And it wouldn't be such a significant problem, but the lack of normal ventilation makes everything much worse: constant stuffiness and the smell of sweat, you wake up like in a steam room- and this is when you check in in September; I'm afraid to imagine what happens there in the summer.
2- very cramped, there are 6 beds in a room of 12 square meters. Lockers for storing things are provided, but locks work only on half of them.
3- problems with water supply, hot water periodically disappears, and for a long time.
4- there is either no cleaner, or she is very sloppy; constant dirt and extremely rare change of linen; there is a disgusting stale smell in the kitchen area on a regular basis

The location is good.
But there's such dirt...
the receptionist is polite, even offered tea, coffee.
The linen is clean, but it is dried in poor conditions and smells strongly of powder, that I could not even fall asleep from this smell, there is no ventilation in the room itself in the basement, there is no window, it is stuffy, there is no connection.
I do not recommend it, there are wonderful apartments for this money, you just need to search in advance and call to negotiate, it is better to search for ads on local sites, something like avito.

The worst place I've been. Heat, air conditioners and fans do not work anywhere, 5th floor ON FOOT, with suitcases, no one will help you, the entrance is not illuminated, the bathroom looks unsanitary, towels smell bad, I'm afraid that urine, water pressure is 0, almost nothing flows at all, bed linen, furniture, everything is in terrible condition, floors and They never wash the windows here, don't come here!!! I don't understand why there are any normal reviews here at all, there's nothing to pay for, if I knew, I wouldn't stop for free.

The dorm is made of a restaurant and sleeps in it just amazing. Silence and peace. There are disadvantages, but they are so minimal when compared with other hotels in Yerevan. Feeling like I came home to my mom😍

On the 4th day, I came home from work at 1 a.m., they started yelling and swearing that these were my problems that I was working late, you see, I disturbed an employee at such a late hour, they said I had to come tomorrow, wanted to pick up things, they said that they would pick them up, you need to pay for a full day, for a day before that, a person checked in at 1.30 and he had no problems, on the 2nd day the Wi-Fi ended, the disgusting attitude, the service staff thinks only of themselves, although in the civilized world it should be different, a meeting in a different environment, I will express everything in a different form!!!

excellent hostel, friendly hosts, you can pay with all cards, including peace , always perfect silence,there is a loos and hot water works in it. you can always drink free tea and have Wi-Fi. I recommend it!
