I was in this place on 6.03.25, I played at good rates (from 3 bel.rub per spin), the machines do not play at all. I've seen one bonus in a thousand and it's empty. The staff saw my game and just kept quiet, not a word about the card, promotions, sweepstakes, cashback. 7.03.25 I came hoping to get cashback (as in all normal clubs) and play, they replied that this option is for club card holders. When asked why they didn't tell me about it on 6.03, they replied, "I thought you had a card." Do you consider the players there to be morons at all?! Each club keeps statistics on players and has information on cards. Roughly speaking, they just squeezed the cashback by rolling back the passport. I suspect that the staff themselves will take my cashback. And by the way, I saw how the guards, under the strict guidance of the administrators, play on the machines after the big players. The management of this hall (Mogilev) either does not want to earn money, or they have already earned it, so they do not control the staff, because they do what they want. The review is extremely negative. I don't recommend going in there.

We decided to give a second chance on 08/21, not a word about the draws from the staff, asked what actions are taking place now, in response, silence, the tournament began, the TV works without sound, if you don't look at what's going on behind your back while you're playing, you won't find out that it's going at all, they clarified the conditions - in response, "well, it's going 10 minutes" In short, only the regulars are aware of the conditions of the tournament, by the way, there was one person, the interse rules of the campaign) I advise the management to take a closer look at the work of this club, the staff goes around with water in their mouths, as if hiding the opportunity to win something by taking part in promotional events, the atmosphere is unpleasant, and by the way dirty, untidy ashtrays, glasses. Let's not say that for two visits the devices did not show anything at normal rates

For the last 2 weeks, I have been facing a problem - all the devices are borrowed for 10-30 credits - no one plays on them for 2-3 hours. 2 people in the club, but they do not allow me to play, reacted negatively to my claim - I have been a player for 5 years - the desire to go to this club disappeared. You will deal with the personal assistant! I haven't seen such an attitude towards eggs over the past year - I just don't even want to go there.
