The hotel has only 8 rooms, it is quiet, there is a smoking room on the floor. It is located in a residential area. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My friend and I always prefer a straight comfortable guest room, the smoking room is conveniently located on each floor. We have been visiting this hotel since 2021.
The only thing is that the toilet bowls have aged, but I think they will fix it after reading my review

Very dirty! The bed linen is in terrible condition, the plumbing needs repair, the tiles in the bathroom have fallen off. There was no toilet paper in the room when checking in. The price of 25,000 tenge per day does not correspond to the services provided.
