The place of the forced snack. It is most likely aimed at students and those who are in a hurry.
From the good:
- a good interior (for a snack bar))): you can quickly eat together-three (you don't want to stay long)
- large portions (doner - see shawarma, hamburger)
- many doner and hamburger options
- there are drinks
- there is a side dish (French fries)
What you don't like:
- staff (neglectful and inattentive girls at the checkout). No one warns about promotions and conditions.
In 2023, there was a good promotion: shawarma + drink (0.5 liters of iced tea) at the price of shawarma.
At the beginning of 2024 - a new promotion: doner + 1L kvass at the price of a doner. Everywhere there are photos of the promotion ... after completing the order, they tell you: "Drink - only when buying 2 (!) doners!" They inform you as if they are doing a favor. At the same time, the number of visitors is 1-2 people and there is no steam.
TOTAL: come in only if you need a snack.
For a good mood and a more pleasant atmosphere, there are places nearby with a more pleasant attitude: a pizzeria with a large hall in the same building and a small cozy cafe in the next house

We visit here periodically, because we live in this area. Unfortunately, over time, the level of quality and service only gets worse. The recent rearrangement with a halving of the space in favor of the kitchen clearly did not benefit - now both woks and sushi are being prepared here, and doners are apparently on a residual basis. Otherwise, how else to explain the waiting time of 35 minutes with an empty hall? There are also questions about the doner menu - but let's rename all doners in a new way, increase the price, and take even cheaper ingredients? We took "nothing superfluous" and "teri and yaki", which were no different from each other - dry pita bread made from some dark flour, a minimum of garlic sauce and a complete absence of teriyaki, and a bunch of pickled cucumber, which interrupts all other components. We put one star for the past merits of the institution and that they did not get poisoned yesterday).

The worst service! It seems that the people who work there receive 1 ruble per shift, otherwise I don't understand how you can treat visitors so negatively and disdainfully!
I would like to note the attitude of one lady (large size with black hair):
You need to stand in front of the cashier for a long time until she decides to approach you, even if she is not busy
To "Hello" - zero reaction and response, respectively
There wasn't a day when she was friendly.

Recently I went to a Hot Doner on Vaneev (08/15.23)
I wanted to order doners for myself and colleagues from work according to the information from the Doner Tuesday website, I prepared a photo with a promo code for an employee at the issue in advance, but when ordering I came across a coffee shop - today is "Burger Tuesday", I thought - that's great, burgers and It's better, and they'll get ready faster. We consulted with the guys and outlined a new order list.
When placing an order, of course, I dictated the code from Doner Tuesday, because I don't have another one. To which I received an answer - I need a promo from the burger. After rechecking the site again, I did not find any references to the promo code for burgers, which I told the employee at the issue - "well, there is one on Instagram." We checked Instagram and what did we see there? That's right, we didn't see anything there (see the photo attachment). He showed an Instagram photo to an employee - "well, look in the history." I call a colleague from work and say, please look at this promo code in the history. A couple of minutes later, he sent a photo that was taken about half a year ago. And this promo code turned out to be correct.
I received an order, I came to give my colleagues their orders - they are not signed, and most importantly, they are COLD, Carl.
Result. Previously, we were happy to go and take burgers / doners with and without shares to Vaneev, but after such an attitude to work, there is absolutely no desire to return there.
And you will finally get in touch with your management! The information should be correct on the site, not in some instagrams (although even there it's a mess). Why on the website? - it is publicly available. Without passwords and registrations. And in order to see something on Instagram, you need to register and then search for 10 more minutes for this damn picture with a promo code.

As a result, it turned out to be absolutely tasteless, I couldn't even finish eating. Today we came to the burger promotion, 2 for the price of 1 according to the promo code. But when we arrived, we saw 2 orders on the scoreboard, and the cook said that the wait was from 30 minutes. After waiting for our order for about 40 minutes (2*2) chicken burger, we received a completely dry bun with a cold cutlet, which, according to all feelings, was cooked yesterday.

The girl cook made disgusting, dry chicken, the taste of vegetable oil + smelled of oil (stank )institution. There was mayonnaise in caesar, there was no sharpness in chili, it felt like there was ketchup. They were taken outside , they were cold inside .

Great place, delicious shawarma! The taste is balanced, the ingredients are fresh, the pita bread is of perfect hardness for me. The shawarma was perfectly twisted and did not flow at all. No offense, but I haven't tried delicious shawarma made by women's hands before. It is a pity, despite the fact that it is correct, the girls' faces are hidden under masks. I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the establishment, the interior details are modern, and the room and atmosphere smell like the beginning of the noughties, in a pleasant way. It's great that the place is spacious, comfortable, cozy and clean. It's just a nightmare! I've taken shawarma here a couple of times: with alternating success, but the last time just shocked me. In the shawarma, the pieces of meat are simply gigantic in size. It feels like the chefs don't know about the existence of the knife. I'm not talking about the attitude of the staff towards their visitors...
the shawarma itself is 4.5/10. There are very big doubts about the freshness of the products.
I will not come back here anymore and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not talking about hot dogs, I always liked them!)) I would add one thing to this wonderful place!!! However, you need to come up with something with a package for hot dogs. The packaging is paper and all the sauce and part of the filling remains on top of the package, which is not very good when you bring it home (( and take the last thing into account when you place an order, look at what you put in. However, this happened 1 time and hopefully the last. We have already seen at home and we are not conflicted people. But it's unnecessary to sell this, and it's not worth the money when the floor of the loaf is black. It happened on 06/22/20 in the evening. Hot dogs are small but nothing like that, but if you take the size and taste, it's better to buy them at the gas station. The shawarma is soft, there are a lot of tomatoes, the meat is cut very finely, a lot of cabbage, some kind of porridge turned out inside, after the first bite I thought that mashed potatoes inside, pita bread is delicious. They wrapped it well, they do not regret the foil, the packaging is beautiful, they put a lot of napkins. Pay attention to the cooking, maybe the cook was clumsy.

It's a terrible place, I'll never come back!
The girl who took the order is rude, never smiled, throws checks, generally behaved as if I owed her something. They asked to do it with themselves, instead they gave the shawarma immediately into their hands, without packing anything, despite the fact that it is very hot. To taste, it's just disgusting, obviously over-salted cruel meat and sausages (I took Bavarian, my friend classic). Meat is simply in huge chunks that are not something to chew, it is impossible to bite off. The sauce didn't please me either, except for mustard, I don't feel anything. Perhaps it was added so much to hide the sour (most likely not the first freshness) salted cucumbers, I don't know that anymore. In general, due to the convenient location, I would have stopped by again to give another chance for another dish from the menu, but such a consumer attitude of the staff discouraged any desire. The mood is ruined instantly! By the way, there is a safe with a game at the counter where orders are accepted, where you need to guess the code, but none of the staff tells you anything about it, the question is why then this safe is there at all😅

There was a good Cooking on Vaneeva, where you could eat delicious pancakes and drink coffee for very little money. And it became a disgusting eatery called HotDoner. I visited this institution in mid-September 2019. The food is cold and tasteless. The portion sizes of the nedoshaurma called "doner" for their money are simply ridiculous. In the doner with chicken, there was almost no chicken, they also regretted the sauce. I decided to buy the second one - I really wanted to eat, it seems to be called a classic doner - it tasted even worse than the first one - like paper with cold soy meat and a drop of sauce. The staff only made the impression of the place worse. They loudly use obscene language (mat) in the presence of visitors (in discussing schedules of "favorite" shifts and personal issues right behind the cash register). For some reason, the staff needs to be engaged in cleaning, necessarily interfering with visitors (they asked to change the place to wipe the racks). I don't mind, but the air conditioner was working at full speed in the cafe and blew directly into the eyes behind the counters, as luck would have it, most of all at the place where I was asked to move - I described the situation, the staff promised to turn off the air conditioner, but scored. So I chewed a cold paper nedoshaurma without meat to the howling of the cold wind blowing in my face. An unforgettable experience, I felt for myself what "winter is coming" means. Fortunately, it was not particularly cold outside that day, I went out and warmed up. In general, the food is 0 out of 10, the service is 0 out of 10, the room is 0 out of 10. I will not go there again in my life and I do not recommend it to you. Rest in peace, Cooking! I will never forget your pancakes and coffees in large comfortable non-scalding bubble cups for takeaway!
