We had a good rest at Tamaz and Rita's, very close to the sea, delicious food especially cafe Medved, quiet rest, nice big house, panarama Windows on the 4th floor and a gorgeous view of the sea, fun evenings with neighbors in the courtyard and Sukhumi beer, you can barbecue. There is nowhere to go, but for entertainment it is Sochi. Abkhazia is nature and silence. Nearby there is a Sukhumi beer factory with cheap freshly brewed beer, a trout farm, a lot of cows, they go wherever they want! like my grandmother's in the village, only with the sea))))of the cons, the neighbor's cock fucked everyone up)))) I'll come again!!!

A very beautiful place! Fell in love with him the first time! Quick and picturesque access to the sea! The village is very quiet and peaceful, there is a shop nearby with everything you need to relax! There is a barbecue area with a table near the sea, we will definitely return to the Tamaz house again!!!

The place is divine. I haven't been there for a while, though. But since I've been visiting these neighborhoods for 50 years (intermittently), I know for sure that little has changed there. The country of the soul is a very correct name for Abkhazia, there is a huge beautiful soul in this country of nature, sea and mountains. Which I really can't say the same about the local population and Tamaz in particular.

We had a great time, rested 100%. July is the coolest month to relax. We met interesting people. It was a lot of fun. The infrastructure is developing every year. Thanks a lot to Tamaz for his hospitality. We hope to visit many more times.

A three-storey guest house, we had a room on the 1st floor, without a view from the window, but this did not bother us, we only came to the room to sleep, all the amenities in the room, air conditioning, toilet, shower, towels, table, TV. The second one is coastal, 100 meters from the sea, a gorgeous beach.

We lived for several days. The room stock is tired. The mattresses and pillows are terrible, it's not comfortable to sleep.... the sea is gorgeous within walking distance. The location is convenient. The price is clearly too high

We lived in this "guest house" in August 2022 on the ground floor. Complete unsanitary conditions, nothing is properly cleaned, the shared kitchen is trash! With refrigerators, it was a complete disaster, it was impossible to adequately get the right products, as the "hospitable host" immediately shouted urgently to close it, because the cold leaves the room, yes, that's right, these are not rooms at all - it's terrible! Wild stink, TVs don't work, san.a knot with old and moldy curtains! The only plus is the proximity to the beach! That's it! Our foot won 't be there anymore !

We live here now. The owners Tamaz and Rita are wonderful people. It's 1 minute to the sea, through the garden that Rita and Tamaz made with their own hands. The room is large, about 30 sq.m.-it is a triple room, a slightly smaller double room. They take it all year round. Underfloor heating is working now. The kitchen is huge, stoves, oven, microwave.

The stone building, the rooms are spacious, the closest location to the sea, the kitchen has been converted from a restaurant, the stove is gas. Air conditioning,TV, toilet, shower tray, hot water. On the left, the view of the car wash is ugly but quiet, on the right, the view of bobik who is constantly yapping (also biting a bribe in the form of a sausage does not solve anything)a pretty garden where chickens sit on the grill during the day, so everything in the "chickens" is Charcoal, the grid ignites its own. In the end, I liked 4 out of 5 for sure. There is a closed parking for 9 cars
