My wife and I really liked the room with a double bed. I had to spend the night and stay a little bit before lunch. The room has everything you need: a combined bathroom (electric boiler and heated towel rail, disposable shower gels and soap are available), a small hallway with furniture for clothes and a small room with a TV, a wardrobe (hangers are available), a bedside table and a snack table (there is an electric kettle, glasses, a decanter, cups with saucers and spoons). It's cozy, clean and comfortable enough for our purpose. The room itself is not hot, at night the hand taken out from under the blanket quickly returns back (the blanket is warm for two, although they said they could have taken blankets as well, but then it would have been hot). The building has been recently renovated.
The hotel is new, beautiful and modern. It is located in the city center. Clean and cozy. A great cafe can be ordered for lunch and dinner. Among the disadvantages: there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The refrigerator is paid, daily payment, located at the reception. There is an ironing room, also for a fee. Drinks and beauty supplies can be purchased. The towels are very beautiful, but with a very strong unpleasant smell (changing towels the next day did not solve the problem).
Good afternoon. We stayed at your hotel for 5 days. The staff is very polite, good repair, convenient Parking. However, in the last minutes of departure, our mood and impression were spoiled. We rented a triple room, but there were two of us. The room cost 150 rubles per day. Upon check-out, we were informed that we had lost one cup from the room. Of course, I paid 10 rubles for this cup. But! There is no tea or coffee in the room to use the cups. Maybe they assume that we broke the cup or that we stole it. In that case, I could bring myself a cup like this from breakfast and replace it. The dishes are very ordinary, they are consumable. There is one explanation - the cleaner took it away during cleaning and forgot to return it. I do not admit the idea that this situation was created on purpose, most likely due to inattention of cleaning. I asked to count the cups in the restaurant and I'm sure that all the cups are in place, because I didn't break anything and certainly didn't take it with me. May you be ashamed and ashamed of such an anti-service. I have to drive 1000 km back, my mood is spoiled, my head hurts, I hope I will no longer have to stay at this hotel, although, until the last minute, I dreamed of coming here with gratitude, because there are no complaints to the other girls, even more, I am very grateful to them for their hospitality and friendliness. It's a pity that they didn't say goodbye to us so decently. That's why I'm only giving you one star. Otherwise, I would have given five stars for the girls' work at the reception.
