Terrible hotel! We arrived in the city late at night with a child. Tired, frozen, we decided to stay at this hotel because we no longer had the strength to go anywhere further. Everything looked great when we went up to our room. The first thing that surprised us was a huge metal door, as if we got into some kind of warehouse. Then there is no hot water. the door to the toilet closes, thank God, but there is one thing, but before you close it you need to to lift and move the toilet into the opening , the bedclothes are loose , before lying down , we laid our things that we had with us in our bag , there were few sockets , but there was a tee that was broken if you quickly grab it in a hurry 220 all your walls as after the war were full of holes music screamed at the whole hotel until the morning and at the same time everything They took 10,000 from us, we don't mind this money, but under such conditions I would give 2000 at most. We were very upset!!!

Bad. Dirty. There is no hot water, instead of beds there are pallets in the VIP rooms. And then in the other rooms? They charge 10,000 tenge for VIP for what? Bad. Even very bad in such hotels, you can catch any infection
