A separate cozy house in the city center, within walking distance from the bus station, but in a green area by the lake. There are all necessary household appliances, plumbing is in good working order, hot water from the boiler, a good bed. The friendly and friendly host. I provided real photos in advance, answered questions and even met a late bus. During the day, he is always in touch, quickly responds to additional household requests (for example, he gave a fishing rod). Very reasonable price. I came on business and had a rest at the same time. Thank you, Sergey, for clean, comfortable accommodation and sincere care for the guests!

A great place to relax! The house is very cozy, clean and well maintained. The service is polite and attentive. The location is just perfect – near a beautiful lake where you can enjoy nature and fresh air. The street is quiet and peaceful, which allows you to completely relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. A real oasis for those who appreciate comfort and tranquility.

Nice room in a separate house in the private sector of the town. The room is large. The bed linen is clean, the mattress is good. We slept great!
The bathroom is in working condition, a large water heater, there was more than enough water to wash well.
The house has a large refrigerator, a dining area with a set of dishes, a microwave, a kettle.
Near the house there is a large "barbecue and barbecue area" - barbecues, firewood and tables with benches in gazebos.
We enjoyed our stay here!
The owner is responsive and attentive, all issues are being resolved.
We recommend this place to relax!!!

We arrived as a creative team at the RDK, there were problems with housing in the city (or everything was occupied or there were no conditions, from the word at all ), we suggested this place . Everything turned out to be at the highest level , from housing to the attitude of the owners . Namely, special thanks to the Owner of Serge Vesely, a very responsive, cheerful and kind person.
I advise everyone to visit this place if you need to spend the night or stay for a long time.

This is a two-storey house, each floor has two rooms, each room has two beds, only one has a double bed. Each room has its own bathroom, wi-fi on each floor, each room has its own kettle and TV, refrigerator on the ground floor in the vestibule. Cars can be parked in the yard. The cost of living is very affordable.
