A good hotel for 1-2 nights. It is suitable for those who just need to spend the night somewhere. Relatively inexpensive price, convenient location (near the bus stop, bus number 16 goes to the center, 5 minutes walk from SAS food court and supermarket), free Wi-Fi. That's probably all the advantages. Of the obvious disadvantages, it is worth noting the lack of natural light (waking up it is difficult to understand what time of day it is), rather strong audibility and ventilation problems (odors seem to accumulate in the rooms).
I didn't find any disadvantages for myself, the friendly atmosphere, the coffee is brewed in the morning☺️
I had a private room with a shower, a large bed, I slept very well 😊
Ike is the hotel manager, just a wonderful person 😊
I will definitely come back😊
The hostel is for vakhtaviks and hard workers, not guests of the city.
There is no kitchen! There are no outlets! There is no duvet cover, just a sheet. There are 10 people in the room. In the morning, everyone has an alarm clock with an interval of 10 minutes.
Of the advantages, the lowest price in the city.
Private rooms are still nothing, but as for the hostel, the impression leaves much to be desired. Unsanitary conditions as well as wet doors from moisture to the shower room, which naturally sagged and in order to open them you need to manage not to break the soaked part
A good hotel with very affordable prices.a huge hall with sofas and a bar where a hostess is waiting for you. Rooms range from small to very large. We took a double bed and an extra bed for very little money. There is a Wi-Fi connection. If you leave the hotel, you can see Mount Ararat. There is a park across the street, a large shopping center and a huge sas footcourt are five minutes away.
A very cozy hostel, comfortable mattresses, this is important to me, warm-hearted responsive staff, treated with very tasty mountain tea, optimal price-quality ratio, it is located opposite the park, there is a place to walk, also near the food court, in general I recommend and thank you very much to the girls from the reception.
A great quiet place to stay overnight. Nearby there is a park and a savior where you can have a good meal and buy groceries. The staff is very friendly and sociable. Very clean
A great hotel, the room was clean, there was air conditioning, new and clean furniture, they gave us delicious tea for free!!) We had a heartfelt conversation with the owner
The only downside was that the room had no windows((
We booked this hotel through a booking service and faced fraud. The booking indicated that the room is 28 meters, as a result, it is 2 times smaller. They called at the time of booking, asked if they could come with a cat. The owner allowed, just to book a room with laminate flooring without carpet. We made a reservation and wrote in the note that we were with a cat and needed a number 7 or 8. As a result, we were given a very small room in which it was impossible to turn around. The ventilation was working very loudly in the room. After negotiations with the administrator and negotiations on the phone, we decided to leave. The owner, who is so praised for booking, came to deal with us... he did not like the fact that we were three people, and the reservation was for 2 adults. The third is a small child of 3 years old who sleeps with us on the bed. Plus, the owner demanded to cancel the reservation urgently or pay for it, despite the fact that at that moment we had to look for another hotel. And why did we book this hotel in advance, we clarified about the cat and the room area…
I am attaching a photo of the 28-meter room.
We spent the night in room 3. A large bed and one bunk bed. The mattress on the big bed is full of horror - the springs dug into the back. I had to take out the upper things and lay them under me. The second time would be for nothing! The staff is polite - the kettle was given, mugs for tea. And the tea itself was offered. Thank you for that! There is a food court nearby. You can easily walk, there is a huge selection and delicious
Nice Hostel, cozy, clean. The staff is sincere! There is everything you need. Of the cons, if only the mattress is strongly springy, crunches and feels like a body, I'm used to good things just))
We lived in it for 3 days. Very ambiguous. Do not take a room with windows facing the street. It's very noisy. The location is not as close to the center as they write. It's a long walk. At least 20 minutes. Parking in front of the hotel is only possible after 18 o'clock, when everyone from the nearby tax offices will go home. They give tea when driving. But the conditions are not so good. I saw a cockroach. The toilet tank growled so much that they tried not to go there at night). But it's budget-friendly.
A very friendly host, ready to help!
Of the cons, the room has a very noisy air conditioner and no sound insulation. Literally every breath can be heard from the neighboring rooms. There is also a very noisy toilet drain
She lived from March 22 to March 28, 2023.The hostel is terrible. A room without a single hook, without a closet. The air conditioner is constantly growling, the bathroom stinks, the shower is broken and does not switch. The money for one day, I left earlier, was not returned. Consider that the window does not go out into some kind of opening with garbage. I don't recommend it.
