Great hotel. Breakfast was included in the tour, the food was delicious, there were even pancakes, and of course fruits. The staff is very polite to the guests. A quiet street, not far from a busy tourist street with public transport. Shops, exchangers, cafes are all nearby. I had a wonderful rest.

It is convenient, clean and comfortable, and most importantly it is the tourist center of the city. Check-in is contactless. I liked the paintings in the apartment. There is all the necessary equipment.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, cleaning every day, excellent breakfasts, bed linen and bed - everything is comfortable. A great option if you are in Tbilisi - 5 minutes to Freedom Square and the same to the Peace Bridge.
The only drawback was that there was no refrigerator, but after the request, they brought it.

I read about the boutique hotel "No12 Boutique Hotel" from the largest directory about Georgia - madloba.info . I learned that the hotel is part of a large project and deservedly has 4 stars, promising special treatment to guests. I am glad that each room is equipped with all amenities, and breakfast is already included in the price. It is also noted that there are hypoallergenic rooms for guests with allergies. It is important to note that all the staff speaks English and Georgian, which ensures comfortable communication. It sounds very attractive, and I plan to visit this hotel on my next trip to Georgia.

I advise everyone to lay down the old town. We lived in an apartment here. Everything is within walking distance, very beautiful. Authentic.

The breakfast is excellent, the location is good.
The room is small, there are no slippers, I don't know what 4 stars are here, maximum 2. At first the staff was friendly, but as it was necessary to leave, they started banging on the door before 12 (checkout time) and asking how much more I would be going (what distracted me from the fees, well I didn't forget anything). They left a very unpleasant impression

We were in February 2018. Very convenient location. There are many shops and cafes within walking distance. Sulfur baths - 15 minutes walking distance. Polite staff. The rooms are clean. Quietly. Excellent and delicious breakfasts! The female chefs are trying very hard. One thing is, smoking is allowed on the summer veranda of the second floor, sometimes the room smelled of tobacco smoke.
