Nice hotel, spacious, new. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean and smells good. The bed is comfortable, kettle, dishes, tea, two bottles of water. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer are available. The toilet is a little cramped. They were allowed to stay in the room until the transfer arrived. There is no breakfast, but there is a cafe nearby

It is clean, cozy, and has everything you need in the room.It is very close to Almaty 2.The hostess is very sincere, tries to help in any matter.We will be happy to stay there again on our next visit

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, reasonable prices. A 15-minute walk from Almaty-2 train station. The staff is polite. The showers have disposable kits (soap, gel, toothbrush and paste).
