Of all the hotels in Portugal in which I had to stay (4 pcs.), this turned out to be the ugliest. Dirty rooms that have not been repaired for a long time, shabby furniture, uncomfortable beds, cheap bed linen, no duvet covers (the blankets that they shamefully hide in the closet on the top shelf would be suitable only for "homeless people"). The general air conditioner only buzzes disgustingly, but does not cool.
The staff is also not very hospitable. This is the only hotel in Portugal whose employees demanded a credit card upon check-in and in a completely cheeky way rewrote not only the card number, but also the CVC code, and to my remark that this is a gross violation, they replied: - "so what, we always do this, it's an order from the management, and what if you break our TV..."
I liked the location of the hotel, near the metro and shops..the room was cleaned every day. I didn't like that there was no kettle and slippers. The breakfasts are normal and delicious.
