A quiet little hotel. The room is small, but in general, relative to the price / quality standards. The staff is friendly. There is no room cleaning (maybe you should have asked separately). They offered free tea/instant coffee. The cat is cool, but she should have her eyes fixed. But suluguni ate with great eagerness. There is a large construction site outside the window, but they did not interfere much. I booked through booking an hour in advance, they settled me without any problems. After the extension, we made a discount. As a result, they lived longer than planned. Very quiet street. Shops and metro are nearby, cafes and restaurants are not far away. I recommend

We stayed in the old city of Tbilisi at the A&K hotel. The room was large, clean and cozy. Separate kitchen. The owner speaks Russian, so for those who do not know English well, this is the way out. There will be no barrier. Everyone is very friendly.

A normal hotel, but the TV did not work and on the second day the Wi-Fi refused. In general, the staff is positive without unnecessary problems, they go to a meeting. The staff is 5 stars, otherwise everything is clean and cozy.

1. Affordable prices are not at the expense of quality.
2. New, clean and well-equipped apartments.
3. Homely approach and attention to the guest.
4. A quiet and not fussy place in Avlabari - one of the central districts of the city, away from busy roads.
5. Proximity to the metro and public transport, walking distance to all central attractions.

We came from the street to book a room, we were given a price more expensive than booking, although they usually provide a discount if without it.
The shower is broken, no comments were given, breakfast was not provided, the offer at this moment to book through a booking with a lower price and breakfast was refused. In general, if it were not for super fatigue after a long journey, they would have left. I do not recommend such a service to ANYONE.
