Thank you very much for a great stay. The staff is very good. Nice, tactful, dutiful, kind, bombastic, welcoming people. Delicious breakfasts. Everything is at the highest level. The hotel is cozy. The location is convenient and comfortable. We moved safely at night. Thanks to you and the surrounding atmosphere, we fell in love with Mexico. Adhara has been like home to us for two weeks. It was difficult to leave such a magnificent place.

The optimal price-quality ratio. The reception staff is polite and adequate. There is a swimming pool, a pool bar. The lobby is small but pleasant. They clean every day, the room is clean. Nearby is a dangerous area for walking at night. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the beach by city bus # 101, 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. There is a free one from the hotel, but at 11 o'clock it is too late, inconvenient for tourists, so we did not use this hotel service.

Excellent hotel, in the city center, close to everything and markets and restaurants and shops and a bus station. The staff is very friendly, cleaning every day. It's a pity there is no refrigerator and kettle in the room, but these are small things. From the hotel every day, there is a free shuttle to the beach and they also bring you back from the beach. There is a swimming pool. I have never regretted staying at this hotel .

An excellent hotel for relaxation, clean and cozy rooms with a balcony, there is a coffee machine with a coffee maker, an ironing board with an iron, a hair dryer in the room. In general, everything is for a comfortable stay.There is a restaurant at the hotel, a swimming pool.Helpful and friendly staff.Convenient location. Transport interchange, supermarkets, market nearby. The only drawback: there is no refrigerator. I miss you👒

Basically, a good hotel. It is convenient to get to the main places by car. It takes 10 minutes by bus to the beach, near the bus station - I sat down and went to other towns. Nearby there is a large department store and many delicious inexpensive cafes. Nice pool in the courtyard. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every 2 days. There is a parking lot for cars both near the main entrance and from the courtyard. The disadvantage is that the room is damp for some reason. Things take a long time to dry, the bed is damp, the marble floor is constantly cold. At first we thought the climate was like this, but in another hotel everything was already normal with humidity.

When choosing a hotel in the center of Cancun, this is the best choice. If you are not eating for a seal vacation, but want, like us, to travel around Yutakan, to eat in local cafes, then this hotel is what you need! The room is cleaned very clean every day, the Mexican flavor is visible in the interior and design of the hotel. Everything is nearby. And, we faced this in the first place. But this is definitely a huge plus of the hotel. We left for an excursion in the morning, the toilet broke early. We didn't have time to leave any request - we returned late in the evening - everything was repaired. The latch in the door flew out, it's not critical for me, but again, everyone returned to the place with dessert. And of course everyone is cute and smiling.

A great hotel, cozy rooms, always clean to a shine, 3 stars are indicated, in fact - all five! Of the cons: there is no refrigerator and balconies, but the responsive attitude of the staff compensates for everything!

Great hotel. It's better when on tour. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are clean. The bus station is a 15-minute walk to the ruins, shops are 6-7 minutes walk away. The market is an 8-minute walk away. They take you to the sea for free. It takes about 20 minutes to drive
