Pros: location across the street from the beach, next to the bus stop; gorgeous sea view, good breakfasts (in the sense it is quite possible to eat), inexpensive.
Cons: there is no elevator (5 floors), small rooms, dirty hallway, breakfasts across the street (though not well-lived).
