I really liked the hotel - we chose it for a long time, in the end we were not mistaken! The ideal location is in the very center of the old town - you can walk to any point. The breakfasts are perfect for every taste, lots of fruits (watermelons/melons/bananas/ grapes/ apples/apricots /peaches/ plums...) omelets, pastries, porridges, meat, shakshuka, potatoes, pasta, fresh vegetables, tea, freshly brewed coffee, a large selection of pastries …
The room is nice , clean linen , daily change of towels, polite staff, cleaning every day in the room. Beautiful sea view. We lived on the 11th floor. One of the disadvantages is a very strong flavor in the lobby and in the restaurant - a terrible pungent smell , after which there is bitterness in the mouth 🤢

I spent a wonderful five-day vacation at this hotel. Clean and well-maintained rooms with all amenities, luxurious breakfasts with a glass of wine, pleasant staff and a 15-minute walk to the sea. I was very pleased, thanks to you, my vacation in Batumi has become even more pleasant 😌

The hotel is certainly not 4 stars, as it says. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. During my stay of 5 days, the floor was never washed in my room. For three days, the maids came at five o'clock, so they only changed the towels, added tea, water, and that's it. One maid even washed the mug once. Wet floor cleaning was not even offered.
A very noisy air conditioner with a smell of smoke and dampness. We tried to turn it off at night and open the window. But it's very noisy from the street all night. Breakfast is on the 13th floor. From meat - sausage, sausages and chicken. One type of porridge, pastries, muesli and toast, jams, eggs, vegetables...It is quite diverse. The restaurant is closed except for breakfast. There is no coffee bar either.
The elevator often breaks down. There is a second one that stops between floors, which is not always convenient when checking in, when suitcases.
There is an ironing room on the 2nd floor. I asked for an iron in the room for half an hour. Although there are always ironers in the rooms in 4-star hotels, but not in this one....Overall, a good impression.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean linen, delicious breakfasts. Towels are provided on the beach, and a bottle of water is on the table every day. If only they could repair the shower doors, otherwise the water gets on the floor, and then the maids don't wipe it. I took a point for that.

The hotel is a good 4. Located 10 minutes from the beach. Nearby there are retail outlets, a hairdresser, an atelier. Large rooms. Clear. Towels are changed daily, water, tea and coffee bags are brought. There are two elevators, but they work slowly. Breakfast is on the 13th floor with a view of the city. A buffet with a varied assortment. Delicious. You can drink wine. The staff is very polite and helpful.

A city hotel in a resort town. Large rooms with panoramic windows, decent breakfast on the 9th floor (the view is cool) . It's a little far from the beach, but there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. They give out separate towels for the beach, which can be changed as much as you like (a trifle, but nice). There were problems with WiFi a couple of times

I stayed at this hotel a week ago. What I liked: the location, near the sea and a wonderful pastry shop, well, there are many restaurants where they cook delicious food everywhere (I'm not sure there are places in Georgia where they don't cook delicious food), towels were changed every day and small bottles of water were also not forgotten.
I didn't like it: cleaning, it used to happen that you return to the room and realize that you didn't vacuum.
For breakfast, the average score, those who stayed earlier, say it was better

I really liked the hotel. Good rooms, excellent breakfasts, good location of the hotel. The sea is not far away and all shops are nearby. The only negative thing about this elevator is that it lives its own life. The staff is helpful and attentive.

A cozy modern hotel, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Delicious and varied breakfasts, a good selection of fruits. But the work of the only elevator caused surprise: it seems to live its own life, we went down from the 9th floor three times and went up to the 1st floor! Before reaching the 1st floor, the elevator returned to the upper floors.... This is the only comment about the hotel
