The first time I rented a studio, everything was super and the cleaning was done, and towels were changed every day and bed linen was changed after 2 days. There was gel and shampoo in the bathroom.
The second time was an economy, towels were changed every 2 days, bed linen was not touched, there was no gel in the bathroom, only shampoo.
The third time was an economy, nothing was changed in 4 days and the room was never cleaned. I didn't understand why this was happening, I'm already afraid to check in 4 times.
The breakfasts were meager and not tasty, there was heartburn. I had breakfast 1 time and didn't do it anymore

1. Parking is not convenient. You can drive up to the entrance, but the paid parking, which we expected, is located behind the hotel, there is no direct passage from the hotel, so you need to walk in circles, where there is no sidewalk.
2. When making out the room, we were offered breakfast, we agreed, but it would be better to go to a cafe or another dining room. Here we were offered a choice of hot dishes: empty pasta and porridge, as well as hard-boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, pastries. In general, for a balanced breakfast, as can be seen in other 3-star hotels, the table was sparse.

A huge disadvantage is that there is a nightclub on the ground floor of the hotel, where drinking continues until 5 am and ends with regular fights with the arrival of the police.
Try to book a room with a view of the courtyard: perhaps there you will not be bothered by noise.
The owners of the hotel need to decide what is more expensive for them: the guests or those to whom part of the hotel was rented out for entertainment establishments in the turbulent 90s.

For Aktobe, for Kazakhstan as a whole, in this price segment, it was great.
Yes, Soviet decoration, but well preserved, excellent mattress, good linen, large bathroom, air conditioning. An adequate, not evil administrator (although the morning one was already evil like everyone else in Kazakhstan), what else is needed for this money. There are no foreign smells. Nearby, the Cafe is not bad around the clock. The bar in the room was not expensive.

An excellent hotel in the late Soviet style. Very clean, original old finish, Soviet wooden elevators. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. The rooms are very warm. Nice Hotel. He definitely works out his 3 stars. The breakfast buffet is as it should be. Compared with Russia, prices are very cheap 1,700 rubles per day, we have such prices from about 3,500. I recommend. I'll go check out some more in a couple of weeks.
I visited again in 2023, as always everything is in order.
The location is convenient.
And the huge cherry on the cake is Harat's opened 10 meters away, you can go there right without outerwear.

It's old but cozy. The rooms are nothing special, the mattresses are good. The location is good. The breakfasts are delicious. By the way, I asked the room to raise breakfast without any problems. So solidly. And as in other hotels, they don't bother you from 11.30. I checked out at 13.30 and slept well. They didn't say anything. They thanked me for choosing them. The staff is very cool.
