In general, I liked everything! We ate at the restaurant, according to the menu-everything is fast and delicious. The service is on 4, it is slow, but tolerable in general. We were accommodated in a vip room - the room is beautiful and comfortable! And as for the location, it is very far from the airport, but if you consider that the city of Shymkent is not a big city, then it is quite possible to get there in 15 minutes without traffic jams!

We stayed at this hotel in January 2016. We planned for 3 days, but we couldn't stand more than one night. The room is cramped, gloomy wallpaper, dim lighting. The drain didn't work well in the shower. The breakfast, however, was good, but not a single plus. I will never go there again
