Problems with the settlement. We booked a family room with two rooms, so we didn't get it. They gave 2 different rooms, which is extremely inconvenient for a family with a child of 6 years old. There is no sound insulation. The audibility is terrible. At night, at about 12 o'clock, the administrator could call and be sincerely surprised that we were sleeping! They asked for an iron, they brought it, broken and all broken. There are a lot of hotels in Istanbul, choose carefully. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
