Very old hotel, rooms facility uncomfortable, but the service is good and ppl are nice

The best hotel in Aktobe,
very spacious rooms, comfortable mattress, I had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms in a standard room.
The cleaning is timely.
Good breakfasts, hot dishes are cooked from under the knife.
Delicious food at a local restaurant, but the service is quite long.
