The location is good. The metro is a minute away. You can also walk in a straight line to the center if the weather is good.
But it's noisy, because there's a theater nearby. In the evenings, you can hear performances, music and applause.

Overall, a good hotel. There are u-bahn and s-bahn stations nearby. There is a small shop nearby. There are breakfasts. Rooms are not cleaned every day
