A wonderful hotel, clean, with a large green area, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful location: opposite the northern gate, you left Ichan-kala, you are in a comfortable oasis.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, right in front of the Southern Gate of the Ichan-Kala fortress. The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful, there is a medium-sized swimming pool, next to a bar. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is in the buffet format, there is plenty to choose from, you will definitely not stay hungry. Delicious! However, the coffee is only instant. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and have everything you need. There are alcoholic drinks in the fridge, of course for a fee. The hotel has 6 two-storey buildings, there is no elevator, but the staff will always help with lifting luggage.

Friends, I want to share my impressions after living 3 days. It's very nice and cozy in the room. I would like to mention the staff, Thank you so much for the help of delivery to the airport, it was not possible to order a taxi on the day of departure. The hotel staff helped, and they took me to the airport on their own private transport.
The bathhouse is beautiful and the baptismal font!!!

We were warmly welcomed. We were fed breakfast. They suggested a cool restaurant that was really beyond praise. The location is very convenient, everything is nearby within walking distance. Khiva is the future Sharm el Sheikh as a lot is being built and landscaped. We felt at home. The staff is attentive, delicate and unobtrusive. Very cute. Rooms in a traditional house with high ceilings and very fresh air. The traditional decoration of the rooms gives an unforgettable flavor to your stay at the hotel. There is a garden in the courtyard where peacocks live. The hotel was sparsely populated in April.

Very convenient location - next to the fortress, just a 5-minute walk away.
Comfortable rooms.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of an elevator. The reception is not always in place. In the lobby you can buy all the same things that are sold everywhere. The staff speaks Russian and is generally friendly.

For the third year we came to Uzbekistan as tourists and stayed in many hotels. But before we checked in, we walked around a lot of hotels on foot and chose not according to reviews, but according to our feelings. And I will tell you without exaggeration, Asia Khiva is the best hotel, not only from the entire Asia chain, where we stayed in Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent, but also in the whole of Uzbekistan!!! 💯1.The whole area and the rooms are very clean.2. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful. .The location is super!!! (3 min. walking distance and you are near the sights.4. The hotel is located in the garden of Eden (just imagine, you are lying on a sunbed near a VERY CLEAN pool, and next to it there is a vine on which huge bunches hang) I felt like I was in a fairy tale.The entire staff is very well-mannered, any issues were resolved instantly!!! 6. I will return to the pool (because we always checked into hotels with a pool. In this heat, it's a salvation) Only in Asia Khiva the pool water was perfectly clean and warm! To summarize :If you want to find yourself in a fairy tale for little money, then Asia Khiva is for you!!! 💝💝💝💝💝And many thanks to the director of the restaurant (I'm sorry, I forgot my first name) for the human attitude. A luxury hotel, we lived in the 1st building on the 2nd floor.A huge spacious double room with a balcony.In the evening, we had a lovely rest on the comfortable chairs of the balcony.An excellent outdoor pool with 24-hour access, with swings for relaxation and sun beds.
The restaurant deserves high words.We had breakfast and dinner in it.System : buffet.A wonderful variety of dishes, awesome worthy chebureks, samsa, pancakes with fillings for every taste.However, it is impossible to list everything.
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the southern gate of the fortress.

Great hotel!!! In Turkey, for example, it would be 4+. The food is decent! Excellent quality products: natural rustic sour cream and cottage cheese, watermelons and melons are very tasty! The room is gorgeous, large with comfortable beds. Everything is very clean and sound. This is the first city in Uzbekistan, where we arrived from St. Petersburg, and the first hotel. The pool is gorgeous, but the sun beds are not comfortable.
