We did not plan to stay in Shymkent, but since we crossed the border without delay, we stopped at this hotel. It's good that there were available rooms. A hotel with its own parking, it was convenient for us. The friendly staff, despite the night, welcomed us very cordially and settled us without delay. The room is large, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are clean. All toilet cosmetics are available. Clean and cozy. The breakfasts are hearty. The check-out was completed without delay, although it was earlier in the morning. They take a small amount of cash as a deposit, and even if there is no local currency, you can leave dollars or rubles. I definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for the comfort.
What can I say about this place: it's getting better every year. We have been staying there since 2016. There's something new every year. Then the fig leaf from the 2nd floor will be turned into rooms. Then the repair will be done in the rooms, the carpets will be removed from the rooms that have always been in the hair and bugs, or even the walls and tiles will be updated in the corridors. By the way, the facade was also updated. Prices were raised accordingly. They stopped bringing breakfast to the room for an additional fee. One thing remains unchanged in his native Belajo: changing staff, broken glass in the elevator tower, sluggish attention to the words of the guest. If you write a review in the TOTAL format without a whim: then the owner is good- he improves something and, in principle, the price-quality is normal. The mattresses are good, there is water, a refrigerator, a TV and a kettle. This is excellent. Not a RAMADA, but not at 60k per room. For us on a business trip, the option is quite good.
We rented for 3 days every day, the rooms are not cleaned, the service is terrible, the staff of the loan is not connected with each other, everyone comes and asks for a check for payment the breakfasts are not delicious
I liked the hotel, everything is fine, the service is at the highest level. Everything is clean, the food is delicious, the service is like in a 5 star hotel. I Recommend It To Everyone.
Unfortunately, for 3 days (junior suite), not even the garbage was removed. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The door is partially broken. There wasn't much toilet paper when we checked in - no one brought it.
Unfortunately, there is neither a water cooler nor at least a kettle in the room. I had to ask the maid and they kindly presented boiling water.
The administrator (the guy) promised to make a notification, but did not. The next day, the girl did it in a minute. But this is the duty of the hotel to the migration service and the fines there are huge. We just wanted it to be legal for us.
Unfortunately, there is no safe in the room, no luggage storage if you have a train in the evening.
A simple hotel, breakfast is included in the price (breakfast is average - only scrambled eggs with sausage or scrambled eggs with sausage :-)). I was in the simplest single room - air conditioning, shower, TV, refrigerator with paid drinks, a bunk bed. There is a panoramic elevator in the lobby, but in summer it is like a steam room. In principle, it is good, the score is 4.
I was not in the hotel itself in the rooms and so on, But one day it so happened that I needed to make a very urgent landline call and the guy from the resort helped me call, I do not know he may not remember this case, but I moved badly and He helped me get up helped me call Thank him very much, he was still ill then, let him not He gets sick and takes care of himself
I have been visiting for 5 years. Breakfast is as simple as possible, porridge, tea, pancakes and baursaks. They will bring it to the room for 100 rubles. There is parking, and they will help you carry your things. But I don't like to dine with them. We go to Kausar or Ladushki. Everything is nearby.
the service is terrible, in fact there is no service, why do you choose a beautiful name? Also, I will remind you that they will charge for half a day if you ask to stay 3 hours longer. the price is also expensive, for half a day it is not half price
An inexpensive good hotel. A normal breakfast. Quite satisfactory

The neighbors didn't let me sleep all night. All night someone was doing Shyngyrtkan)) And everything is so clean, you can stay for a couple of nights. The city center is very close.
Antediluvian air conditioners, buzzing loudly, no refrigerator, no dining room.

2 stars, but not 4. It blows from the toilet and the window. There is no sound insulation. They were having sex in the next room, the sound seemed to be nearby. They forgot to put toilet paper in the room. The restaurant was closed in the evening. On the phone, the woman does not know if there are available rooms. The latch in the shower creaks. There are screws sticking out, covering the pipes. I read good reviews, but now I'm a little disappointed. There is no soap in the shower. There is something to drink in the fridge, but there are no prices. The furniture needs to be replaced. The room is spacious. The bed is clean. The bed creaks, as does the toilet door. The pillows are a little harsh. I slept well. I see the problem of the hotel in the lack of repairs, they do not invest money in it. One good wind and the cracked glass of the facade will collapse (you can see it when you go up the elevator). It's either porridge or scrambled eggs for tomorrow. Tea, pancakes. the service is slow. 15 minutes. In general, low-carb food. It's better than nothing. The rooms are heated from the halls. The main advantage is a room for a day and you will not be evicted at 12. And if you leave at 21.00, then you can stay late.
Everything is super, I lived in a semi-suite 401, everything is class only the shower mixer is terrible and hot water must be waited for damn, then cold goes then hot, but not like not a semi-suite
