Excellent hotel in the center of Mayrhofen, close to the railway station (train), comfortable room with balcony, mountain view. Tap water is drinkable and delicious. Delicious and varied food in the restaurant, but several times they chose very spicy dishes out of ignorance, the child could not eat. The bed in the room is clean, but there are holes on the sheet and in the duvet cover, in the bathroom there is only liquid soap and 3 in 1 shampoo, air conditioning, air conditioning. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room

You can only go to the sauna for adults and without swimsuits, and I expected to spend evenings with my family in the sauna complex. There is no font or mini pool.

There is a biased attitude towards guests from Russia. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the spa area is pleasant, but the service spoiled the impression.
