Nice hotel! It immediately seemed that the water in the pool was cold, but when we lay in the sun, it was a pleasure to plop into such water. Of the advantages: food! Delicious, the chefs cook in front of you, an omelet for breakfast, meat and fish for dinner. There was a lot of seafood: at the gala dinner there were crabs, squid, mussels, and shrimps. Theme nights: I really enjoyed the day of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. The bartenders at the pool bar are trying very hard, they asked them to make espresso tonic, i.e. they do not know such drinks, but they always wanted to please, they did it according to our recipe)) the Internet is weak, but there is. The sea nearby is just a sight to see: clean, sand at the bottom, walk for 5 minutes, coniferous trees smell nearby! We even saw dolphins in the distance))

A rare case for Spain is the location of a hotel at the edge of the sea with a nice sandy beach. It is convenient to get to Salou on foot, by bus to La Pineda with an excellent water park, and of course, to Port Aventura, to Tarragona and by fast train to Barcelona. Perhaps the best inexpensive and high-quality hotel in the vicinity for families with children. Very reasonable prices at the hotel and at the weekly clothing and grocery markets in the city.

The first line. There are many beaches and coves with a gentle and clear sea. The kitchen at the hotel is good. There are a lot of fish hot dishes. There are mostly Europeans by the pool. There are good excursions nearby. And you can even travel by bike. In general, I recommend it for a family or relaxing holiday!

I give five stars to the hotel. The hotels are divided into I and II, in fact, there is one minute between the buildings. I divide them into the one on the right, if you look at the sea (lived in it) and the one on the left (liked it less). Upon check-in, they gave a room in the left, did not like it (dark, views of neighboring hotels), asked to move to the right-went to a meeting. I wrote about the rest in another review.

Great hotel! The sea is nearby, the beach is sandy, the entrance is gentle. Good service there are 2 Russian-speaking girls at the reception and at the bar. The hotel is clean, they feed for slaughter, especially on Friday and Saturday (ham, cheeses, crabs, shrimp, squid, fish, duck in orange sauce ...). The children had something to eat. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The hotel is located in a quiet, pine forest. Who wants more noise, 20-30 min walk to Salou, a lot of shops, bars, the embankment, fountains. I recommend it!

I have been 2 times; very good hotel: not far from the sea, although there is no beach, good service, free Wi-Fi, good cuisine, kids club, evening performance, polite staff, excellent room cleaning, near the city of Salou; it takes a little over an hour to get to Barcelona. Great vacation!

Located in Cap Salou. The excellent location of the hotel makes it a very convenient place to relax for those who like silence and walks in the park, next to the sea. Very close to bus stops where you can go to neighboring towns.

We were in September 2019, for 12 days.
The hotel is after restoration, beautiful. It is located on the first line of the sea, there is practically no territory, there is no beach, there is a small entrance to the sea nearby. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the city beach. The pool is small, there are few sun beds compared to the number of residents. Beach towels are provided with a deposit of 10 euros per one, changed every other day. A third of the rooms overlook the park and the technical area, where there is a dump, unloading, etc. The rooms are cleaned daily, not efficiently. The linen was not changed, they left us one sheet each on the beds we made. Dirty dishes are not removed from the tables in the restaurant! Breakfast is bad, you have to expect something all the time. The dinner is good. All drinks at dinner are paid, including any water. There are no kettles in the rooms. There are no coolers in the hotel. The Internet in the room does not work, no matter how many people applied, there was no reaction. There was a feeling that they were not very interested in us. Overall, I'm surprised!!!

I really liked the hotel! Convenient location! There is excellent transport to Salou and Tarragona. Service, food, pool, beach, towels - everything is fine. What I didn't like very much - two descents to the sea - can be made comfortable, in the rooms, still in 4* - there should be tea corners. This was sorely missed. And it is necessary that the maids do not forget to put soap in the bathroom. Thanks for the rest.

The hotel does not have a beach, although it stands on the shore. There are cliffs and cliffs all around. The entrance to the sea is very bad and useless. The nearest good beach is half a kilometer away, but it is also not very large, and taking into account the zone of paid rods, there is very little free space. The hotel has swimming pools. There are more rooms in building 2 than in the first one. The rooms were renovated apparently in the fall of 2018, everything is new. In-room safes are free of charge. The power supply is low. If you didn't have time for the opening dinner, then you won't see some of the goodies anymore. The dishes are dirty, the tables are sticky, and the coffee machine gives out cocoa instead of cappuccino. There were spoiled fried tomatoes. There is no entertainment around, because the hotel is away from Salou - in Cap Salou. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beginning of Salou along the coast, and 35 minutes to the center of Salou. There is a Bass Plan office next to the hotel. There are all excursions and tickets to the Bass Plan for the suburb and surrounding cities. When buying a ticket for 10 trips, you are given a card. It costs 15-50€. In the future, you can top up 12€ for 10 trips. Barcelona is 1-20 in time, but there is a separate price and conditions. At the moment (03.10.2019) I am staying at this hotel. It's sunny today, +25°, everyone is swimming.

Great location. Responsive Russian-speaking staff. Animation for 5+. Of the minuses, the food is not very good, the cleaning leaves much to be desired and the beach is 500 meters away - very small. But in both buildings there are swimming pools, one is more noisy, the other is quiet and calm. In general, I recommend it!

The hotel is ideal for relaxation: it is removed from noisy streets, there is a wellness hiking trail next to the hotel, only the sea is visible from the room window, the room is cozy and clean (daily cleaning). The food is decent.

Room service was 3.9 because soap and shampoos were not always brought, and once the room was not cleaned at all, I had to go to the reception. The bar was great. Deserved 5

The main advantage of this hotel is the sea view! The food is great. The rooms are simple and small. WiFi, safe are free. Of the cons, there are no shops nearby, none at all. You can't buy food or water. One cafe. It's a long way to the big beach, the small ones are crowded, but they always found a place. In general, if you want to wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy its view, I recommend it. The place is very picturesque.

We had a rest a long time ago, in June 2013. The hotel is large, with excellent cuisine. Very good location in terms of independent trips around the towns. I can't say anything about the beach - the sea was cold, the wind was strong and I couldn't swim. The showers didn't work, there was no animation in the hotel-maybe it was too early.

As an expert sanitary doctor, I noted many violations in "Best Negresco":
1.In the dining room: dirty dishes, dripping grease from the hood over the heating equipment (frying surface) on the heads of visitors, storage of food waste and clean cutlery on the veranda on one table, cockroaches, lack of seating with a large number guests.
2. Emergency condition of the facade- 03.08 a tile skirting board fell from the 7th floor onto the head of a daughter with a wound and concussion. The ambulance went to the hospital in Salou.
The hotel management did not compensate us for the moral and physical harm to our health, on 04.08 in the morning the family left, we highly recommend it to no one!

This is considered the best hotel in Salou. It stands 5 minutes from the gorgeous sandy beach. There are two swimming pools in the remote building. But there's a problem with cleaning the rooms... but they say that this is the case all over Spain... the floor is not washed at all, the cleaners' hair is lying around after cleaning. And so, the rest here is wonderful and peaceful

I do not recommend it.
The attitude towards the guests is indifferent. The repair has not been done for probably 20 years. Everything is broken-broken. The elevators often don't work, the worn carpets in the billiard room are drenched with beer and Cola, the walls are scuffed. Even the plates in the canteen are half with the edges chipped off! The devastation is shorter all around. And the same story is in the minds of the staff.
The big bus does not approach the hotel, there is a narrow street. So get ready to stomp with suitcases for more than 1 km who really needs to go to this hotel. The position "on the seashore" should not deceive you either. Going down an abandoned stone staircase, you will see mountains of garbage around you. Beer cans, steers, bags and broken glass. No one from this hotel would even think of cleaning there at least once a week. What for? After all, this is a public area, let the state clean it up. In short, no one thinks about you there. The owners of this hotel don't care about the guests.

You have to come here for the sake of silence and scenery. The nearest town is Salou, a 40-50-minute walk away. The food is good in both buildings, but in the second the range is simpler. There are pools in each building. From the second one to the sea, it takes five to ten minutes to walk. Of the first, even less. The sea is clean and very beautiful. I recommend it to everyone!
