The hotel is located in a convenient location, without high ascents and descents, almost in the center. It is clean and tidy, there are no unnecessary smells. A kettle and 2 cups, TV, refrigerator, slippers, towels, soap, toothbrushes, and wrapping paper are provided in the room. What I would like to change to make it better is monotonous breakfasts, eggs and sausages, and small snacks, but there is a lot of salt in the food. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and if you arrive by 9, everything is already cold. It would be nice to have a couple of tea bags in the room. The room is cleaned only if you put up a sign, they don't come in themselves. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, I really liked it, I'd like to come back again. Admins Dima and George are very pleasant and polite, they always came to the rescue.

Great hotel!!!. Service, rooms, staff, Everything is perfect!!! Great location!!! Everything is within walking distance, shops, old town !!! Next time we will stay only in this hotel!!!

Nice hotel, very close to the center, 30 seconds walk to the metro :) there are many cafes nearby, spar, exchangers, infrastructure - credit! breakfasts with a not very large assortment, but you will definitely not stay hungry, the products are good. The staff at the reception is friendly. The road at the entrance was under repair, but it was in April. The room is cool, new, with new plumbing, good blackout curtains. I definitely recommend it

The price /quality ratio was quite satisfactory, it was our most budget stop in Georgia and there are much more advantages than disadvantages
The subway is in a minute, don't believe the woods— it works, although you can take a taxi ride
The reception is friendly, Russian-speaking, there is a corkscrew (very customer-oriented for Georgia, was not everywhere), we contacted whatsapp immediately after booking to clarify the details and time of arrival. They helped with parking on arrival.
Breakfast is boring, of course, but everything is delicious and sincere. It would be cool if there was a coffee machine
the room itself is fresh, beautiful, we had on the third floor, sound insulation is good, the street and the neighbors were not heard, only when the doors were slamming in the corridor, a curtain/shower door would not have hurt, but we used towels and we were OK
the infrastructure nearby is well developed, banks, supermarkets, cafes, cathedrals and churches are within walking distance, and of course the cable car to the mother of Georgia

Of the advantages;
- near the metro:
- nearby shops (spar, karefour, hardware), banks, exchangers
- almost the center of the city;
- they put up a do not disturb sign, they really didn't bother, and in the late afternoon they put up a clean room sign, they even cleaned it in the evening, this is the first time I've done this.;
- Russian-speaking staff.
Of the cons:
- there is no door in the shower, everything pours on the floor, while there is not even a towel under your feet or a rug!!!
- breakfast from 8 to 10, came at 9, in the end almost everything is empty, nothing was reported, people came and saw almost empty plates, and the girl from the kitchen sat drinking coffee and I was chatting with my friends;
- breakfast is generally a little meager;
- the cleaners started cleaning at 9-10 o'clock as loudly as possible, their phone was yelling at the whole hotel, they themselves were yelling, everything in the room could be heard as much as possible.

Good afternoon! A couple vacationed at this hotel in September 2024, booking a room with a balcony and a beautiful view from the window. Unfortunately, there was a view of the construction site, the road and the garbage dump, and the question, how is that? They answered us, everything that is! There was only 1 chair on the balcony, without a table. For 2 days they asked for at least a second chair, to which they replied: we physically cannot do this. On the third day, the hotel guests began to leave and we started asking for a chair again, referring to the fact that we have a room with an additional fee. We were refused with an unpleasant smile, saying that they would only provide new incoming guests ((I had to walk to the hotel manager, who finally brought a chair after 5 minutes. The room is clean, but the smell of cigarettes from smoking neighbors was disgusting (Natalia, the administrator, could not cope with this either) There are no dishes in the room, I had to run to the kitchen, the breakfasts are meager. The hotel itself is far from the Old Town. The attitude towards Russians is unpleasantly different from the attitude towards Europeans, they are given priority in everything. We will not go to this hotel anymore, although Georgia itself is just beautiful!

The shower room does not have a door, all the water is poured outside the shower stall, plumbing repairs are required, the shower is leaking.
Breakfast gets boring very quickly, but you won't leave hungry. There is a very poor choice: a changing side dish, eggs, sausages, two types of salad, cereals with milk, vegetables and, in fact, almost everything. Oh, and a cupcake :)
Very convenient location, everything is nearby :)

The shower room requires plumbing repairs and the presence of a door. The entire floor instantly becomes wet.
The constant smell in the bathroom.
Super uncomfortable bed sheet. Constantly slides off the mattress.
The electricity was turned off several times for a couple of seconds.
At night, the door to the hotel is closed, you have to wake up the reception staff, which is not very convenient.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Individual air conditioning in the room.
