In principle, it is quite a good hotel.
Undeniable advantages: inexpensive. Delicious breakfasts (several sausages and cheeses, eggs, yogurt, muffins). It is located on the river bank (you can watch the swans). There is a parking lot (although it is paid). Not far from the center (15 minutes walk to Visegrad). Several trams stop nearby (5-6 minutes to the center), it is warm in winter.
Cons:
The repair is not fresh. Some light bulbs may not work. The change of staff greatly affects the level of service. Not everyone understands Russian.

Great hotel. Things were washed quickly and cheaply. Excellent staff, delicious breakfasts. View of the Vltava River. Quiet enough. I will definitely come back

Far from the center, the service is so-so, but it will do. As they say, cheap and angry.
