When we are always in Prague, we stay only at this hotel. Convenient location. The very center of old Prague. There are a lot of wonderful places within 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Restaurants where you can have dinner, bars where awesome beer is served, monuments, attractions, the staff is polite, the last two years the Russian-speaking staff, which was not before. The rooms are cleaned daily. Everything in the room is clear, concise, only the price bites. But all of the above explains why
The location of the hotel is very good! We lived in room 508. I read people's reviews, they wrote that it was very cold, poorly cleaned, poor sound insulation, poor breakfasts. So, we rested from 21 to 02/25/20, it was very hot in the room, the windows were open around the clock. Cleaned daily, very clean. Towels were changed every day. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. If someone compares Prague to a vacation in Turkey, where everything is included, they only eat and drink all day long-you have nothing to do here!
As for the sound insulation, it was not a problem for us. The neighbors were quiet, there was no noise. In general, in Moscow and not only, this is an eternal problem!
I recommend this hotel to everyone, cozy, clean rooms, all the sights are within walking distance. People go to Prague to walk, relax and admire the stunning architecture of the city and not sit in rooms!
The place is neat, the rooms are large, the breakfasts are very tasty. What is not a little important, the hotel is located near the center in an ideal location!!I liked everything very much
Everything would be fine, but poor sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors, but especially in the morning you can hear the garbage truck coming and taking the garbage out of the trash cans, the roar is very strong. This is heard by all the guests of the hotel, whose Windows overlook the opposite street from the entrance. But, in principle, this is not always perceived, especially after large excursions. Rooms are cleaned daily and well. Our price included breakfast, they cooked very well and you can eat half a day in advance, that's for sure. The staff speaks Russian and can explain and tell everything clearly. They are always friendly and courteous.
The disgusting hotel doesn't even come close to matching the cost. Such a house is now called "Kolkhoznik House" in regional cities of Russia. Of the advantages, only the location and a good bed. In all other aspects, it is a huge disadvantage. There is a smell of a Soviet rural hospital in the corridor. I was surprised that the bathroom and TV are in the room, and not on the floor.

Excellent staff. Excellent service. Beautiful, cozy rooms . Advantageous location. Excellent own restaurant. Polite hotel customers .
Why we settled in: in the center and not expensive. All the hot spots are within walking distance, we do not use transport at all. The staff speaks Russian. There is a bidet in the bathroom (this is important to us).
Cons - I would like electronic locks in the rooms, more variety in breakfasts.
