I stayed at this hotel with my parents for 2 weeks. It's a very good hotel, but it should have 5 stars, not 4 stars. So, the pool is cool, the rooms are also nice and decent.
A wonderful hotel for a very reasonable price. The friendly staff, who speak several languages, will help you navigate and even extend your departure for a couple of hours for free if necessary, i.e., if possible, they will make your stay pleasant.a decent SPA, a swimming pool with various massages, a sauna, a hammam (all "adult-style"). A varied breakfast in the morning, live music in the evening. Relax, relax ... I've been to 5-6 hotels in Karlovy Vary - this one is not the best, but very...!
A wonderful place to relax! Rooms, service, treatment and food, wonderful spring water! No wonder people have been visiting this resort for several centuries!
Very good. Not a single complaint. They lived in Georgi House. The rooms are super. The restaurant is super. The service is super. The procedures are pleasant and useful. It's a pity, but I had to leave 2 days earlier because of the pandemic. We returned the money right at the reception right away and that's it. In general, I highly recommend it.
Please note that all residents of retirement age, however, as well as 90% of all visitors to Karlovy Vary. I was saving a Russian shop 200 meters away. There was a selection of Armenian skates. By the way, the owner of the Russian store is Ukrainian) and next to it is a chic Russian pharmacy of St. Mary, where the owner is Andrey, an excellent specialist.

Very convenient location. Beautiful interior design. The restaurant often has live music in the evenings, a varied menu, delicious fruits, pastries. The treatment is very high quality. I especially liked it when in the morning you can see from the room window how the Cathedral Baths sparkle!
We rested here in 2003. The doctor is an evil old woman; nurses take blood from a vein so that all vacationers have huge bruises on the elbow bends; massage of two types: one to the blue back, the other is just stroking. The baths are not cleaned after the previous visitor, and perhaps the water is not changed: one visit was enough. The food in the sanatorium does not resemble dietary in any way. The resort is wonderful, although not suitable for everyone. A beautiful town, many historical places, famous people have been here. Amazing terrains in the surrounding area! BUT our sanatoriums are much better in the medical aspect.
I really liked the room. We had two-room apartments. Comfortable, large, beautiful view from the window. However, it would not hurt to refresh with repairs. The hotel complex consists of 6 buildings on a hill connected by underground passages and elevators. You need to visit each one, because medical procedures are scattered throughout the complex. At first, it was quite a quest😊 But after 3 days it became easier. I liked the treatment. The springs are close. The food surprised me a little. I got used to the buffet, and then I ordered a menu the next day, but I didn't stay hungry. General impressions: I liked it, but next year I will think, M.B. I will return to Richmond or Imperial
I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years, very spacious and comfortable rooms with a separate bedroom and living room, a good set of treatments, courteous staff, there is a swimming pool, fitness, aerobics, etc.
We have been traveling to Karlovy Vary since 2012. We only stay at Bristol Grup hotels. I like everything. Location, availability of its own territory (in summer you can sunbathe), food, treatment, proximity to springs.
A great hotel with a history. It's nice to know that the top officials of Russia and the USSR rested in it. Caring staff, perhaps except for the reception, where they are always busy and never smiled.
