Nice hotel, convenient location near Wenceslas Square. Very friendly Russian-speaking staff, excellent and varied breakfasts. One " but " is room cleaning. Held... in no way, shower gels are not added, towels are simply outweighed, the towel rail was all covered in dust, there was a lot of dust under the beds and bedside tables and I did not observe any signs of the vacuum cleaner working during cleaning either. But the rest took place, the human kindness smoothed out all the shortcomings, just information for the hotel - if you fix it, the score will be 5 with a huge +
Great hotel!!! Convenient location 8-10 minutes very slow walk to the National Museum (a meeting place for tourists on excursions), as well as to Wenceslas Square. 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge. Only positive emotions remained from the hotel, we lived in room 501, cleaning daily, changing towels and replenishing soap accessories as well (we left 30 crowns each). Breakfast at the height (buffet) a variety of yogurts, cereals, salads, sliced, pies, fruits, cheeses, etc. Anyone can find something to eat. The staff, as previously written, speaks Russian, everyone is polite and friendly. They settled us right away, arrived at about 11 o'clock. In general, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from December 21 to December 27, 2018. Wonderful hotel, great breakfasts, close to the center, metro 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean, friendly staff. We recommend you to visit.
The location is excellent: all the sights can be reached in 7 minutes. Breakfast starts at 6.30, which is very convenient for those who travel to other countries with an excursion, so you will be in time for 6.50 to the museum at the gathering place. Among the advantages: good location, responsive Russian-speaking staff, delicious breakfasts. Among the disadvantages: the location in a residential building, the hotel occupies 2 entrances, an inconvenient passage through the 3rd floor or across the street. We came across a very cold room, after contacting the reception we were provided with a heater that solved our problems.
Clean rooms, helpful staff, free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfasts. You can't ask for anything better for this money. On the day of departure, they were allowed to stay in the room for five hours.
