Back to the USSR. A simple room. Clean, quiet, there is a small Parking lot under the Windows. A buffet breakfast. Convenient location in terms of visiting tourist sites.
The suite was rented on May 20, 2024. Even on the third floor, a disco could be heard in the restaurant, neither to relax, nor even to talk. Noise. The administration must learn to respect the residents of the hotel
Nice hotel in the center. There is a park and other attractions nearby. The hotel itself is in need of renovation. Of the cons 1. Parking problem 2. The restaurant is not working. Of the advantages : 1. Friendly staff 2. Wonderful Vysotsky Museum in the hotel itself 3. Location
We stayed in this hotel for two nights.
The location is convenient. The Brest Fortress is not far away through a beautiful park. The central pedestrian street is even closer.
The staff is polite.
A shower stall with a faulty drain (a disease of many shower stalls in hotels).
It's a great place to spend the night. Clean snow-white linen, toilet and shower in the room, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. The beds are a bit strange because of the very soft mattresses and high wooden sides, but if you get up smoothly, everything will be fine)) Overall, the room is very simple, but there is everything you need.
Good afternoon! For many years my husband and I have been traveling around Belarus, but for the first time I have to write a negative review. Of the advantages, this is the location of the hotel, the classic exterior and interior look, that's the end of the advantages! The receptionists at the reception, in short, are just boors, they barked at the cafe in the morning, not only us, plus they put raw pancakes and incomprehensible scrambled eggs on the distribution. There are broken floor tiles in the bathroom, my husband tore two pairs of socks. I will definitely come to Brest again, but not to this hotel!!!
Convenient location of the hotel, the old town. Many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. There is Parking, a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. The staff is great, I liked everything. The rooms are cozy, everything you need is there.
The location and price are great, but:
- the mattress on the bed is not a mattress at all, but just a piece of foam rubber, which was put in place of a normal orthopedic mattress. Very soft, so straight that you can feel the slats under it with your back, the result: I didn't get enough sleep and my back ached the next day;
- there was no shower gel in the bathroom, there was only shampoo;
-very low Internet speed (measured at about 1-1.5 Mbit/s - in 2023, this is a mockery;
-there is no cooler with clean drinking water;
- in the morning I wanted to drink coffee and it was indicated on the machine that the administrator would be able to exchange paper money for coins, in fact I was refused this service, since there were enough coins (the bill was only 5 rubles in face value);
- also, when visiting the restaurant at the hotel, no one approached me, did not provide a menu, I had to leave, so the staff does not care who comes to them and why.
Terrible service, indifferent attitude to the guest, lack of basic - clean drinking water in a cooler on the floor or near the reception.
Nice hotel, with great rooms. Not a bad price. It is perfectly located to the railway and bus stations. Near the center. Cleanliness is at a decent level.
A very pleasant hotel. Quite close to the city center, 7 minutes by car to the Brest fortress.
The lobby and corridors are very well renovated, everything looks beautiful and solemn. What is the grand staircase with photos of celebrities who have visited this hotel worth. The rooms are simpler, the renovation is simple but high-quality. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the neighbors' TV if they turn it on louder. But it was quiet at night, it didn't cause any problems.
Breakfast can be included in the room price, but I would not recommend it. You can certainly eat, but it somehow resembles a Soviet dining room, despite the fact that it is a buffet. The food is simple, ordinary.
There is a public parking lot next to the hotel, a fairly large area where there is even charging for electric cars. Late on a weekday evening, there may not be any places around the perimeter, but the size of the site allows you to put cars in the center, one more row.
Everything is perfect, no complaints. It was pleasant and comfortable. A very tasty breakfast. Convenient location. Friendly girls at the front desk. The cleanliness is impeccable. Thank you.
The hotel is good. The location is just great, very close to the pedestrian street where the lanterns are lit. It is better to get to the fortress by taxi or car. Near a large shopping center, railway station. I recommend
Wonderful hotel, good location in the city, but the rooms are tired and in need of repair. I advise you to throw out all plastic shower stalls, because mold. In a year maybe I'll drop by, check it out))
Hi, I got soap and shampoo in the room only on demand (I had to go down to the Reception myself. The bed frames creak strongly, the sound insulation is not the best (the noise of closing the doors in the rooms is very audible). It is expensive, like everything in Belarus. Elevator prevention took place at the time of departure of Customers (before 12.00), We had to carry suitcases manually from the 3rd floor.
I really liked it, my son was delighted! I've been to the Soviet Union, it's a wonderful hotel, the staff is friendly and attentive! Famous people and politicians have stayed in this hotel with a history! I recommend it when traveling to Brest and not only! Many thanks to the staff!
Our room faces the roadway. Noisily. We survived one night.
The room had a balcony.
Clear. There is soap, shower gel and towels.
It is located next to the promenade street.
It's a long way to the Brest Fortress.
The location of the hotel is near the park.
The rooms are comfortable.
The staff is friendly.
But the linen was stained. And this is one disadvantage.
Overall, I liked it .
A decent hotel.My husband and I liked it.Close to the Brest fortress.The interior corresponds to the historical value.A good breakfast, the girls at respesh are pleasant and friendly.Special thanks for the museum - the memory of Vysotsky and Vladi.A big bonus.Thank you.
Clean Hotel, nice renovation. There is a gallery of famous people who stayed at the hotel. There is a shop nearby. Sovetskaya Street, with cafes and restaurants, is just around the corner. But it was a little hot in the summer, and there was no air conditioning. Yes, if there is no kettle in the room, ask at the reception, you will receive it immediately.
The hotel is next to the park, where it is nice to take a walk in the evening. And it's not far from the main street. Despite the proximity of the railway station, the noise did not bother) The room is small, clean and comfortable. There is parking at the hotel, which is important for travelers by car)
We spent one night in this hotel. Neighbors can be heard talking and coughing. You can hear cars driving loudly outside the window and people talking on the street. There is no sound insulation. Also, the neighbors from above or from the side had something dripping all night, just every drop once a minute all night. We paid for the hotel with breakfast at 9:00. We arrive at the hotel cafe at 8:55 a.m. - closed. We stood there until 9:15 a.m. and did not open. Let's go to the room while we pack our bags. After 20 minutes we go to the cafe - all the tables are occupied, there is nowhere to sit. Almost all the food is gone, there is buckwheat, a couple of scrambled eggs and two salads. The boiling water is over. You need to somehow calculate your strength when you sell breakfasts to guests. We paid the money, but we didn't eat enough yet, and we only had the tasteless ones left.
Still, I do not know, my rating of three stars probably corresponds to the level of the hotel. In general, classic Soviet), touching pictures on the walls of the central staircase, where half of the desks of the bureau hang next to Evdokimov (the one who is a Dreamer). Breakfast was finished off with cold scrambled eggs and if it hadn't been for the battle with the Chinese for the room at night, and for the last fork in the cafe in the morning.... nothing would have remained in my memory at all)
It is clear that most of the cost is for the location, but the hotel is very Soviet and tired.
The audibility from the corridor is like in a hospital, lovers of sleep probably still need to look for something quieter.
Thanks for being clean, no questions asked.
Breakfast was not taken.
Not a bad place, the room was good, all the amenities, but there are not enough slippers and the door is thicker than the entrance, the bed creaked a little, loud conversations from the corridor woke up in the morning, of course this is still a matter of educating the tenants
I am delighted!I chose a hotel so that it would be comfortable to get to it and the price is acceptable. God! What a palace I got into! Vysotsky and Marina Vladi stayed here, and a museum was created in his honor, Elena Obraztsova, Fidel Castro, Vladimir Mulyavin, Joseph Kobzon, Anatoly Yarmolenko, Valery Leontiev, Alexey Maresyev, Olga Aroseva, Maya Plisetskaya, Yevtushenko
The hotel is in the center. Everything is close. But there are no shoe spoon slippers in the room. Such expensive rooms , empty . Think before you choose.
For the location - 5 points.
The administrators are also excellent, there is a normal reaction to all questions and suggestions.
The rooms are clean (BUT! Specifically in my case, room 203 smelled wildly of tobacco, the next day my clothes smelled like I spent the night in a smoking room), good repair, fresh bedding, but it's a pity that there is no minimum hygiene kit (disposable brush, paste).
Good quality ratio.
But for the buffet breakfast, there is a minus star right away! There is no smell of any table there, they came to the dining room at 8:45, a woman came out with a dissatisfied look and said in a haughty voice, "let's come in 15 minutes?" (although breakfast is announced from 8 to 11). And the empty tables in the hall. The finish line. 15 rubles. I took the money for breakfast and had a great breakfast in my suitcase.
Convenient location, within walking distance of cars and train stations, friendly staff, delicious and plentiful breakfasts, neat and clean rooms, we did not regret for a second that we chose this hotel👍
A very nice hotel to stay in. This is not the first time I have been resting here. It is located close to the railway station and bus station. The price for a single room is low.
Many famous people have been here, and their portraits are hanging. There is a Vysotsky Museum. Very tasty breakfasts! There is an elevator for convenience. It's a pity that there is no air conditioner, it's stuffy in the heat, and if you open the window, the noise of cars interferes.
Convenient location, close to cars and railway stations. The park is also close. The Brest Fortress can be reached on foot in half an hour.
Rooms: excellent, but there are drawbacks - not all rooms have air conditioning, there are no signs: "Do not disturb" and "Please clean my room."
Location: "Near Brest railway station"
Service, cleanliness and personal - solid 5.
The food is only breakfast. I would like to see at least more dinners.
The Bug Hotel is located near the Brest bus station. Cozy rooms, friendly staff who will be happy to answer all your questions. The cost of a room per day is 4,500 rubles. You can pay with the World card. Opposite the hotel is the Park of Culture, passing through it you can go to the train museum, and a little further to the Brest Fortress.
The hotel is located close to the city center. The room was rented as a double standard. The room was clean, with a refrigerator, TV and two glasses.
Here's the bathroom a little pumped up, or rather the shower stall. There was mold next to the tray of the stall, which was unpleasant.
There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, and towels, soap, and shampoo were put on the number of people.
The furniture and the bed are in excellent condition.
