Amazing hotel❤ Very friendly and courteous staff Delicious breakfasts. The center is 5 minutes away by tram, the stop is just a few steps from the hotel. The room was quiet, no noises from the neighbors or from the street. We will definitely stay there again. If there was an opportunity, I would put not 5 but 50 stars😍😍😍

The hotel is cozy, calm, close to the center. The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, friendly, will help, explain everything. The breakfasts are good, but on weekends they start an hour later, which is not convenient, since departure for excursions is earlier. The room is cleaned very carefully every day, soap, shampoo, gel are always available. There is a tram stop nearby, next to the Albert chain store, opposite the tram stop there is an inexpensive cafe where you can have lunch.We recommend it.
