Extremely positive impressions from the pet's stay at the hotel.
We are immensely grateful to Hotel cat and personally to Tatiana for the care, care and comfortable conditions for our little tiger 🐈
This hotel can be safely awarded 5 stars for its special reverent attitude towards four-legged guests (who, like our Silva, cannot stand separation from the owner).
I would never have believed that in 10 days our characteristic and unapproachable Bengali would adapt so well to a guest that she would even allow herself to be petted!!!
The highest degree of trust in Tatiana 👍
We really hope that next time there will be a place for us at the Hotel cat again))

Thank you very much to Hotelcat for taking care of our Bus during your vacation! The hotel kept in touch with us every day, sending photos and videos!
The cat quickly moved away from separation from us, got used to the hotel, got acquainted with toys, couches, scratching posts and other guests) upon arrival home, she did not show anxiety or stress, as if she herself had been on vacation)

A wonderful hotel for kittens, where fuzzies are treated with great love! I left my kitty for two whole months, as I was leaving for treatment. I was very worried about how she would be without me all this time! I used to leave her for a maximum of two weeks, in other hotels and under the supervision of friends, but after my return, the cat was always nervous and sad. I was immediately greeted by a completely calm, playful kitty, who of course missed me, but at the same time had a great time! The daily photos of walks and games that Tatiana and her assistants sent me confirm this)) After the cat returned home, after a couple of hours she felt confident as a hostess and came to my arms for affection :) Thank you very much for your care and professionalism! If you need to leave my kitty somewhere else for a while, I will definitely contact you!

The third hotel for my Vasilisa, and the best. Spacious room, plenty of air, comfortable houses. And, most importantly, they are allowed to walk, play, stretch their paws. Video report on Viber every day! Kind affectionate hostess-employees.
Of the three hotels where my cat has been, this is the best!
For the first time, returning home in the car, my cat did not cry or complain.
Thanks to the housewives!
Hostess girls, add a photo of the room! You only have an iron door in the photo, and no one sees your green lawn with toys and "rooms".

It was the first time I left my cat like this - in a hotel. And I did not lose my choice at all. It is not always the relatives who will give the animal as much attention as they gave here. And so much comfort, care. Every day there are photo and video reports. Everyone found out about the cat, asked about the features. Incredibly grateful! And, of course, highly recommended!
