The first thing I see is an old shabby carpet with the inscription of the hotel + a very old interior of the hotel. They gave me a key, and I went to inspect the room, still hoping for something good (I've been to 3-star hotels a lot, I understand everything), but the corridor that led to the room inspired some kind of unpleasant feeling, everything was old, dirty, broken, the walls were in something and The hotel itself looked like something out of a horror movie from the inside.
When I came in, the first thing I saw was an unmade bed, i.e. the room was not cleaned. I immediately went out to find out what was wrong, because I already arrived much later than check-in. I was given water at the reception due to the fact that I would have to wait for the room to be cleaned. In the hall, where I was waiting for the room to be cleaned, even the upholstered chairs were old and dirty, I don't say anything about the sofas, they are 100 years old, and it's not even about age, but that they are not monitored and not cleaned.
When I was informed that everything was ready, I had already decided that I would stay here only for 1 night (although I would have left that evening, it was a pity there were no rooms). Photos after cleaning are in the collection. And the cleaning itself consisted of changed bed linen (oh, I really hope it was changed), the smell of some chemical substance supposedly inspired by "cleanliness" and open curtains overlooking someone's yard. The bathtub is a separate view, I'll just keep quiet. It's cold in the room, and it's really creepy.
I do not recommend anyone to come here, and in general I do not understand how such numbers can be posted on websites.
P. S. When you find good hotels, always double check Google Maps to Yandex does not work here.
The hotel is 3 stars and when you check into it, you need to understand this. The hotel is very cozy, with its own atmosphere. I was not bothered by the slightly torn wallpaper. But we were very pleased with the beautiful mattress and comfortable pillows (those who travel a lot are aware that this is a rarity). The rooms are cleaned every day. Clear. There are towels and soap accessories. The hotel itself is not in the center (San Giovanni or ri de roma metro station is 15 minutes away). There is a park and shops nearby. Breakfast at the hotels is continental (coffee, boiled eggs, sliced, croissants). Large parking lot. There is a refrigerator in the room, there is no kettle.
