Great hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast!We stayed for two days)))The convenient location close to Riki Park and the Peace Bridge was warm and clean.We liked everything. They also told me where you can have a delicious khachapuri meal in which cities to go. We really liked G Tibilisi and went sightseeing. We came to the concert. Thirty Seconds To Mars

A cozy quiet street, close to many coffee shops and shops (including convenience stores). At the same time, the avenue with the metro and transport is 5 minutes away.
Our room was on the 1st floor. Large comfortable beds, cotton linens, stone floor - a great relief in the heat of 36 °!
It's a pity that the room did not have a refrigerator and a full-length mirror. And there is a pretty strong audibility of outdoor life, but MB is because the 1st floor.
Every day, a set of shampoo + gel + soap, good quality cosmetics is laid out (shampoo can foam badly, but you can foam half a tube in a glass of water and then apply - the foam will stand with a cap and the hair will be washed to a squeak).
Breakfast is buffet style. Georgian dishes are plentiful, tasty and varied. For adherents of simple food, there are always salads, vegetables, fruits, cheese, cottage cheese, porridges. You can eat on the small terrace at the entrance.
And you can also get a corkscrew from the owners)
In general, the hosts are very welcoming and smiling. The atmosphere is as if you are visiting relatives, and did not stop by the hotel for 4 days.

A great place in the very center of Tbilisi. Very affordable price. To be honest, this hotel has the best breakfasts in Tbilisi, as it seemed to me!
The staff is very attentive. The rooms were cleaned every day. One of the most convenient locations for hiking, while the metro is very close.
WiFi, air conditioning, beautiful mattresses.
We had a great rest and we will definitely return to this hotel.

The family-run hotel is very conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Avlabari Metro Station (by the way, bus 337 from the airport stops here). Sightseeing can begin with the main cathedral of the country, Tsminda Sameba, which is located very close to the hotel.

A small hotel close to the center, 5 minutes to the metro, 2 minutes to convenience stores. My room was small, but equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. Breakfast is a buffet type, the choice at first glance is small, but you can find dishes for every taste. Very friendly hosts.

In principle, a good hotel with good breakfasts, but upon arrival they settled in a very cold room, which was clearly not ready, there was one blanket for two, at a relatively cold temperature, the window was wide open and they really didn't like the other people's hair scattered everywhere.

We Had A Rest In early August. We chose the hotel very carefully, as it is not the first time in Georgia and there are always some problems. But this time everything was fine.
The room is very large. Clean. Air conditioning, everything was there.
Breakfast for every taste. The hosts are very hospitable.
Three days went by before breakfast , but even in this case they did not leave hungry and fed sandwiches . thank you very much. NEXT YEAR, ONLY TO THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is above all praise, clean, new mattresses, comfortable new shower, pleasant staff, delicious varied breakfasts, there were hot dishes. Cool terrace on the balcony where you can smoke.Avlabari station is literally three minutes away. There is a market with fruit, supermarkets in the neighboring yard. All top attractions nearby.

The service in Georgia is a separate story.The hotel costs like three stars, but do not count on the European level.The room was for two.small, clean, very stuffy.the battery is frying in full.the shower is behind the curtain.result:puddles on the floor.they clean it every day.Tell me separately about the breakfasts..it cannot be called a meal, although a buffet is declared.loaf, butter, cheese, boiled egg, three-day-old salad, smoked sausage, cottage cheese.It's called collect your own food.instant tea and coffee are offered.there is a homemade cake for tea. anyone who is a lover of sweets will come in. that's it!!!!You won 't see any hot food at all .it is better not to take children there.But: very convenient location (10 minutes from the old town) and the burning desire of the owner to please...sincere and real ..on the last day, I even fried eggs myself))))

Lived on 24.11.2023 - 30.11.2023. The staff is friendly, polite. Zaza (I assume the administrator), hospitably met after a night flight. The rooms are clean, tidy, everything works properly. The breakfasts are always fresh, delicious and varied. Recommend👍

We were very unhappy: we settled in April 2024- the batteries did not work, it was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner did not help, the administrator answered the question about heating, "you will drive me crazy."
The slippers were given after the request. There is one hanger for everyone in the room, 2 mugs, no tea. There are cold old tiles on the floor, and there is no refrigerator in the room.
There are many good hotels in Tbilisi for this price, this is not our first time here.
In the evening at 23.00, the admin was quietly watching TV and talking, it was audible. But after his reaction, I didn't want to talk anymore.
They wanted to leave the same day: they did not return the money to us.

It was cold in the room, there was no heating, they offered to keep warm with the air conditioning not working for heating. There was a customer-oriented response to the claims about heating: "you're driving me crazy"
They refused to return the payment, the only thing they offered was a large warm blanket.

A pleasant hotel, rather a guest house. The room is small, but I only came to spend the night, it was enough for me. There was no refrigerator in the room, they were allowed to use it in the hotel kitchen. Attentive and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. Good location - there are many cafes, grocery store, metro, exchange offices nearby. The sights of the old town are within walking distance.
