But there is one big plus, when you move in here, you get into the recent past , everything reminds you of a huge , friendly country that life was in full swing here and this hotel was inhabited to the brim . I repeat, the room is clean , everything you need is there , it was very surprised and pleased with the down pillows , we slept like at home . Breakfast is served in the morning, Internet is only available in the lobby, parking is available. Sometimes we all dream of returning to childhood or adolescence , at least for a short time , to feel that atmosphere of carelessness , those smells , that lightness when everything is ahead, then you are here , check in and do not find fault with the little things . 100₽ for a double room and the opportunity to spend the night in the museum is for free!

If you want to spoil the whole impression of your vacation in Pinsk, then you are here! We arrived as a family of 5 people, booked 3 rooms on the website in advance, 2 superior and one regular... From the outside, we were ready to see a Soviet building, but inside everything turned out to be about the same... at the reception at check-in (around 14:20), we first tried to prove that we booked at the price that was on the website, and not at the price that they have in the price list (30 rubles higher), we got our price, thank you. Further, out of 3 rooms, we were initially given only 2: 1 superior, 1 regular, and 1 more superior offered to wait and check in a little later, we agreed, because initially we planned to walk in the city anyway. 5 minutes after we put our things in one of the rooms, it turned out that there was no hot water in the improved one - they promised that they would change it, well, they moved things to our other room (the usual one, the remaining one). As a result, there were no more superior rooms available (although we booked a month in advance), ok, we agreed to take 1 more regular room (that is, of the 3 rooms paid for at the reception, we were given 2 simple ones (and 1 more superior, we waited with water after a walk), returning after 3 hours of the third room, we still We didn't receive it, we were offered to take a simple regular number and refund the difference, OK, we agreed to that... but then it turned out that the next price was taken out of my head, because for a regular room we would have to pay 110 rubles, while three hours earlier we had paid 130 rubles for exactly the same room for two (and the exact same room for one costs 65 rubles), at this moment my patience is not It held up... the hotel in which we booked 3 rooms in advance at prices similar to in Minsk - as a result, there are no rooms in the right quantity, 1 of the 2 has no hot water, one room has carpet with stains it is not clear how old, in the second room there are dead insects by the window on the floor, bed linen is not the first freshness, repairs seem to be of time In the early 2000s, it was just super disgusting to be there, and the rooms opposite were generally under construction and renovation... as a result, we returned all the money for all 3 paid rooms and went home! The worst hotel with the worst service imaginable! We are not picky people, but here, even for us, it turned out to be so bad that on our birthday we had to return the money and go to spend the night 300 km away at night looking back home! A wonderful walk along the pedestrian street - and a completely ruined day by the hotel, which looks like it did 30 years ago, and the service there also remained approximately at the level of 30 years ago.

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the room is small but cozy, with a fresh renovation, a TV in the room, a new refrigerator, a kettle, shampoo, liquid soap were given on request, the room is quiet!!!!, my husband and I slept very well, the linen was clean, we did not take breakfast, but they offered it at the reception, there is hot water, the Internet pulls badly from the cons, but they apologized, they said they were pulling optical fiber, in principle it is not critical, the hotel is being renovated (but it was very quiet!!) and there is still no air conditioning, but you can also survive, you slept with the window open, there is no exit to the balcony and this is for the best (there will be no tobacco smoke in the rooms) ,the elevator lifts only up (it is easier to go down) we lived on the 3rd floor, after reading bad reviews, we drove cautiously, but everything turned out to be very good,!! we washed up, slept well, walked around the city, saw a gorgeous museum, other attractions, a hotel in the heart of the old town, I recommend it!
