I really liked it , we will definitely stop again . A huge building, three floors have been restored, the rest are being slowly put in order, an elegant location, a responsive administrator, clean, it is clear that people are trying to revive this colossus, breathe life into it. Yes, the elevator only goes up , but to go down on foot is not to go up , probably some fastidious guests might not like something else . But there is one big plus, when you move in here, you get into the recent past , everything reminds you of a huge , friendly country that life was in full swing here and this hotel was inhabited to the brim . I repeat, the room is clean , everything you need is there , it was very surprised and pleased with the down pillows , we slept like at home . Breakfast is served in the morning, Internet is only available in the lobby, parking is available. Sometimes we all dream of returning to childhood or adolescence , at least for a short time , to feel that atmosphere of carelessness , those smells , that lightness when everything is ahead, then you are here , check in and do not find fault with the little things . 100₽ for a double room and the opportunity to spend the night in the museum is for free!

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the room is small but cozy, with a fresh renovation, a TV in the room, a new refrigerator, a kettle, shampoo, liquid soap were given on request, the room is quiet!!!!, my husband and I slept very well, the linen was clean, we did not take breakfast, but they offered it at the reception, there is hot water, the Internet pulls badly from the cons, but they apologized, they said they were pulling optical fiber, in principle it is not critical, the hotel is being renovated (but it was very quiet!!) and there is still no air conditioning, but you can also survive, you slept with the window open, there is no exit to the balcony and this is for the best (there will be no tobacco smoke in the rooms) ,the elevator lifts only up (it is easier to go down) we lived on the 3rd floor, after reading bad reviews, we drove cautiously, but everything turned out to be very good,!! we washed up, slept well, walked around the city, saw a gorgeous museum, other attractions, a hotel in the heart of the old town, I recommend it!

Cons: it was expensive for us to pay 80 rubles per room, you need to drain the water for a long time to get hot water (because most of the hotel is not inhabited), there was not always an employee at the reception, we had to wait when checking in. The bedclothes did not seem to be washed (this point is questionable), clean, but there were spots (not from us). The elevator works only for climbing, we went down ourselves.
Advantages: location in the center, near a pedestrian street, new bed, mattress and modern bedding. The room is renovated, except for wallpaper and parquet.
In general, it is quite cozy, I liked it more than I didn't like it.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. The city center. There is a beautiful pedestrian zone nearby, a good starting point for visiting other cities of Belarus. The hotel is just TRASH! We came from Vitebsk for work, and since the hotel "Sport" and "Aelita" where we stayed before were busy, we stayed in this "wonderful" place. Bribed with photos of normal rooms on the site and a good location. We got a room on the 6th floor, room 617. We opened the door and took a long time to come to our senses. Dust, dirt, mugs
and plates are not washed. There are some sausage skins in the corners. WiFi goodbye, on the 6th floor it does not catch ✌️😁 The TV shows three hissing channels. Wretched wallpaper that is stained. There's someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. The curtain on the window is gray with a cigarette hole (photo is offered). The curtain is generally half off the hooks. The beds live their own lives, moving on the slippery floor as soon as you sit on them. There are no bedside tables, there is no closet (the owners tried to portray something in the likeness in the hallway, but it did not work out, they were squeamish to hang their things there (photo attached), they had to put things on a dusty windowsill. The lamp on the ceiling is all covered with flies. The common corridor is smoky and looks like the most evil place in the city of Pinsk and plus there is no light. The lady at the reception (check-in 06/18/2024) well, a wonderful miracle. They called her, complained about the room, flew in on a broomstick with the cleaner, and started looking for a monkey in this "ideal" room. As a result, she snorted, only saying like "what do you want from a room for 90 rubles a day" (apparently the richest woman in Pinsk, for whom 90 rubles is not money) came out without even apologizing. But most of all, I finished off the refrigerator... People, everyone who will be in this room, open the freezer and be enchanted by the mold in it (photo is offered)... 😵💫We're freaking out....Due to our work, we have been traveling all over Belarus for several years, there is something to compare it with, and this is the most miserable hotel that we have met. If you don't want to spoil your mood, look for something else, just not this hellish place. This is the first hotel in three years that we have written a review for. Dear owners of this place, well, you can't do that! The hotel is the face of the city. And you spoil the impression of your beautiful city. I hope you will fix everything.

We had a rest in Pinsk from 13.07 to 14.07. We decided to stay here. The reviews were scary, but we decided to take a chance)
We took a suite (160 rubles per day), probably that's why everything we complained about in the reviews did not affect us. The room was cleaned, the bed was clean; towels, bathrobes, soap and shampoo are all in place. The hot water was, albeit intermittently, sometimes heated for a long time. The hotel is quiet, there were practically no guests. I liked the interior and the atmosphere. The style is for an amateur, but it resonated with us)
If you are going to stay at this hotel, then we will vouch for the suite! I'm attaching photos of the view from the balcony.

Before the trip, I read reviews of this hotel, I was ready for the worst)))
The problem of Pinsk is the almost absence of hotels (there are a couple of small ones, but they are always busy), and tourists, like it or not, have to settle in a huge Pripyat.
Well, what can I say... A time machine, I was transported back to my carefree Soviet childhood))).
Apparently, the owner is changing, the renovation in the lobby from the reception is beautiful, but all the beauty ends when you start climbing the stairs (the elevators do not work), and God forbid that you do not go to the top floor.
The smell of an old house, loose parquet, old cracked creaking doors. There is no hot water, the Internet is only at the reception, the TV shows 2 hissing channels (in the evening we turn on the same morning frozen picture with an aunt and a weather forecast), there is only one Pinsky channel with the program "on request..", where relatives pass congratulations and songs of Stas Mikhailov to each other. Or there is music in the background and pictures of the city from surveillance cameras are being transformed.
The rooms do not correspond to the pictures on the site - there is beauty and repair for 90 hares, in fact you are given a battered room, untouched by repair for 40 years.
No, no question - make the room price 40 or at least 50 rubles, and no one will come to your reception and complain about the terrible living conditions.
But 100 rubles for 1 night in such a room is, of course, arrogance! Well, tourists do not sleep with cars, so they have to ...
So, comrades, if anyone decides to settle here, take a renovated room, this is the 3rd floor, by the presence of plastic windows you can see from the street where there is repair, and where horror is horror.

The rest look like an abandoned building.Everything was killed, 2 rooms were booked, the second one is even worse, even the windows are from Soviet times, wooden, dirty. The room has a worn parquet floor, the taps are falling off in the bathroom.In one room, only hot water flowed from both taps, in the other only cold water. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes and various insects fly in. Nearby is a local recreation center, where on weekends there is a disco and drunken fights until 7 am.Of the advantages, only a convenient location, close to the center, a tourist street, a view of the river.

There is a smoking room on the floor, there is no need to go down anywhere. The water was hot too, but you had to wait until it warmed up. Место расположения отличное, находится в центре, где много различных ресторанов, кафе и баров, также в шаговой доступности причал, откуда отходит прогулочный катер. Персонал приветлиаый. Номер был с видом на реку. В номере двуспальная кровать, телевизор, санузел (не очень), холодильник (не проверяли) . По отделке в номере давненько не было ремонта. Также не было тёплой воды. Лифт ходит только вверх. Везде скрипящий паркет. На одну ночь терпимо. Подойдёт для любителей советского ретро стиля)))

Смешанные чувства конечно. С одной стороны шикарное расположение, берег реки, набережная, пешеходная улица, заведения, абсолютно все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. С другой стороны состояние гостиницы конечно весьма плачевное, при весьма не самых дешёвых ценах. Стоимость средняя, как и везде, а гостиница из СССР, пока что на ремонт фойе видимо денег хватило, лифты древние, работает только один, и только вверх, вниз только пешком. Коридоры так же лет этак 80х... Обслуживающий персонал вежливый, номера чистые, горячей воды не было, но нас поселили в номер с бойлером, поэтому если коротко, то 4 из 5, и то за местоположение и персонал... Комплекс большой, перспективный, но ремонта там непочатый край.

But the staff is very polite and attentive, answer all questions, try to help. And of course, a very convenient location, here you have the embankment, the main pedestrian street, and the market nearby. It remains to change the name and finish the repair.

Disgusting. A pretentious lobby, a good location and... that's it. Filth, stink, sovkovost, disregard for the attitude of the staff. There is no wi-fi in the rooms, the water pressure is absolutely dead, the air conditioners (if they are, of course) do not work, the elevator runs - attention! - only up (?!). The administrator is absent during working hours, solves her personal issues and is offended if she is "disturbed" by requests to fulfill her immediate duties. I strongly do not recommend it, especially in hot weather!

На момент проживания не работал лифт. Чтобы вода стала теплой ее нужно минут 10 спускать. При заселении убил дикий сигаретный запах по всему 3-ему этажу (возможно курили горничные при уборке). Отдельная стоимость (хоть и не много) за не охраняемую общедоступную парковку. Так номер как номер. Холодильник, телевизор (3 канала). Однозначный плюс - расположение.

During the week of stay, the garbage was not even cleaned once. I had to put it out in the hallway. There are 4 channels on the TV, but almost nothing can be made out due to interference. The refrigerator wasn't working in my room either. For breakfast - a portion of some porridge and bread with a piece of butter for tea. No sausage, no fried egg (the simplest). Moreover, breakfast starts at 8.00, when business travelers should already be at work. One morning, breakfast was not served until 8.20 a.m. We had to limit ourselves to one tea. The cost of a single room is 80 rubles. With such a service, it should be twice as cheaper. I do not recommend it.

Очень неоднозначные впечатления - конечно для тех кто привык к нормальному сервису - многое покажется странным, но персонал в лице единственного администратора такой милый и услужливый, что начинаешь не замечать, что лифт работает только вверх, что номера оставляют желать лучшего, что завтраки просто ужасны. Зато прекрасный вид из окна, все достопримечательности, включая набережную реки Пина и магазины в шаговой доступности, чудесный холл с роялем. Внизу рядом с гостиницей ресторанчик с хорошей и недорогой кухней. Вообщем на пару ночей можно останавливаться, а сам город очень симпатичный

And even in hotels and inns for much less money it was much more comfortable. And so in order: 1- the lower floors are not inhabited (sort of like repairs), while you can only take the elevator up and down on foot... Neither age nor baggage matters. Naturally, no one warns about this in advance. Help with bogazh is also not offered))) 2 - there are 2 towels in the room. Always and in all hotels 3... 2 small and 1 large. 3 - there are also always bags (bottles) with shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. You won't find it here! 4- the photo of the soul was strengthened... Shower mount on the faucet... You have to hold the shower with one hand, wash with the other. Although, maybe I just don't know how to use it. 5 - there was no closet in my room. There were 2 broken hangers hanging on the door. 6 - breakfast is not provided! The kitchen is under renovation 7 - the cherry on the cake!!! Apparently, before settling in, the room was ventilated and, since there are no bars on the windows, bugs flew into the room. Definitely not cockroaches, but big ones. For an hour I fished them out and threw them out the window! Then I itched on my nerves for another hour!
If you are bored - this is the place for you! For 70p a day - I couldn't get enough of it!!!

Этот отель как и город Припять, настоящая заброшка. Дети были в восторге, они думали что это тематический отель. 6 из 9 этажей законсервированы, завтраки для выживания и много чего ещё можно придумать включив фантазию)
Персонал вежливый и делает всё возможное для комфортного пребывания. Выходишь в город и сразу в окружении кафешек, пешеходной улицы и набережной, очень удобная локация.

Лучшее расположение в городе, самый полный спектр по комфортности и категориям номеров и стоимости! Роскошный горячий завтрак!внимательный персонал, красивый рояль, холл. Виды на реку из номера, балконы. Парковка( наличие). Можно с животными. Доставка в номер еды. Обеды и ужины-шведский стол.поселят и покормят в любое время. На случай отключения горячей воды, имеются бойлеры электро.

Плюс этой гостиницы - вид на реку (прогулка по набережной - отдельное счастье) и выход на пешеходку, т.е. исторический центр. Говорят, что "Припять" - граница между старым и новым городом.
По номеру. Постель и полотенца белые и чистые. Холодильник рабочий. Есть чайник.
НО
не было горячей воды: из обоих кранов текла холодная. Чайник был очень кстати.
И не было мыла-шампуня-геля. Только бутылка жидкого мыла.
Предусмотрен завтрак. Но ресторан своим внешним видом не внушил доверия((((
