Imagine a human house - a 22-storey hotel with 10 rooms per floor and only 2 people at the reception. And besides, these two don't speak Russian or English well. Their willingness to help tends to zero.
We contacted them 2 times during the 2 weeks of vacation and each time we received a rude response and zero help
1. We were not given a knife for 10 minutes to cut a watermelon. They did it without explanation and rudely. Although on the eve we saw how the knife was given to other guests.
2. On the day of the check-in, the mood was ruined. The management does not know the rules of the hotel well, some say one thing, others another, or even worse, they change them when it comes to refunds.
More of the cons:
Wi-Fi is only enough for a messenger without sending a photo. Detox without a phone is provided for you.
The room has carpet with old stains
The toilet rests against the sink
The smell of sewage in the bathroom
Cleaning always comes at a random time, it is impossible to plan anything.
There are only 2 glasses in the room, although the room is for 4.
Poor sound insulation
I believe that a hotel on vacation should bring only positive impressions, but here only a negative residue remains. I do not recommend this hotel. Fortunately, there are an incredible number of hotels in Batumi, you can definitely find a better one.
I give one ball to the view of the sea.
A magnificent hotel. Attentive staff, excellent location. We were allowed to check in earlier and check out later without additional payment, for which we are very grateful. The promenade and many restaurants are within walking distance. I recommend it!
Convenient location, the hotel is located near the waterfront and the sea. The rooms are not cleaned during the holidays, only upon request. Specifically, our room had a view of the courtyard- a view of the parking lot and another house and a little bit of the mountains. The rooms are clean, there is a mini-bar, safe, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. There was a rather poor choice at breakfast: there were always fruits (melon and watermelon), sausages, omelets, boiled eggs, yoghurts or cottage cheese, cottage cheese, porridge, croissants, breakfast cereals and alternated pasta and buckwheat. The hotel has lunches and dinners for a fee, but we have never tried them. The staff understands Russian, there were no difficulties in communication.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can try to park in the courtyard of the house where the hotel is located.
