Clean, spacious, far from noisy parties, within walking distance from the center. There is a tram and metro stop nearby.

a nice guest house within walking distance of everything. The audibility is really wild - the corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard well.
upon check-in, two jambs were found at the head of the bed (left as follows), a very sincere hotel :)
