It's all good. Russian-speaking staff. Comfortable rooms. The city center. I put 4 only because of the cold in the room. If you eat in the summer, everything will be fine

Cozy and pleasant hotel, 15 minutes walk to the center, clean and tidy for good money. In the rooms it is worth checking the shower and ventilation, in mine there was a room with ventilation that whistled very loudly

Polite Russian-speaking staff. Cozy rooms, good location in Old Tbilisi. There is no parking, but the car can be parked along the streets.

I managed to live in 2 rooms, very decent!
You can close your eyes to all the disadvantages because of the staff, I have never met such sincere people. Thank you very much! For the reception, for the stories, for the help!

A lovely cozy hotel, located in a picturesque corner of the ancient Sololaki district. The rooms are lovely and the atmosphere is cozy. Within walking distance, one of the most picturesque sights, the Motherland observation deck, next to the Tbilisi Botanical Garden.

We stayed at this hotel from 12/30/18 to 01/5/19. We booked an improved room. The hotel is very small with a small lobby and dining room. The dining room is located in the basement, there are only 6 tables. Breakfasts are very meager, 2 types of dry sausage, ham, milk, buckwheat or pasta, tea or instant coffee (there is no coffee machine). We went to the cafe every morning for real coffee. A good cafe Etree on the corner near the Spar store, there is a very tasty coffee, I recommend it. The room left an unpleasant impression. Once again, we booked an Improved one. So, don't take room 22 on the 2nd floor, we lived in it. The bathroom constantly stinks of sewage, ventilation can not cope, broken wall tiles, a glued shower stall in the corners. The shower cabin is flowing, after taking a shower there are always two streams, no matter how carefully you try to swim. We booked a room with one large bed. In fact, these are two halves pushed together, so there is a hole in the middle. For some reason, the blanket is one and a half, although there is another one in the closet, but there is no duvet cover on it (( The closet in the hallway is very small, there are no shelves for clothes (so it folded on the sofa), few hangers. The furniture is old, worn and torn in places, the carpet is stained. Dirty walls. Room cleaning is normal. A 3-star hotel, but not a 4th one.
