A very nice hotel.
1. beautiful: good finish and fresh renovation in the national style
2. Cozy: the rooms are spacious, there is a balcony with a table and two chairs.
3. Clean: the beds are comfortable, the mattress is not sagged, the linen is fresh, cleaning every day, the towel is changed in a timely manner.
4. Meals: we took breakfast (buffet) and dinner (a la carte with a choice of 3 dishes soup/salad, second course and dessert)
5. Location near the center, 5 minutes walk to the ski lift.

Great place!
The rooms are clean and comfortable, lived in a steep two-storey building with opening windows on the roof. Very friendly staff, always welcome and help (there was a woman). The owner of the hotel organizes a welcome evening for newly arrived guests every week with food and drinks, as well as interesting stories about Bulgaria, Bansko and the hotel.

This family-run hotel is located on a tourist street near the gondola. Good wi-fi, large room, free spa complex (sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi). Very good attitude, Russian-speaking staff. We were satisfied with the rest. Next time we plan to stay here. Of the cons: boiler water, it is difficult to catch hot water during peak hours. The staff in the room only throws out the trash and changes the towels. Does not clean.
