The staff of the housekeeper are polite and responsive. But the hotel requires at least cosmetic repairs. Well, it's impossible to live in a room with torn and mildewed wallpaper in places. And there is practically no service, there is simply no iron and ironing board. When we arrived in Donetsk, we were faced with the situation that Russian operators do not work there. Good people got caught and gave their phone number to call a taxi and book a room for the night using a banner advertisement at the train station. Naturally, in the morning after the road, I want to iron my clothes to go out into the city.
For some reason, there is no microwave, at least a common one. Well, tourists ran through getting acquainted with the city and learning all the rules of their journey to a new place. In the evening, I want to drink tea, have something to eat. But there is only one kettle for the whole economy.That is, I poured a cup of tea and that's it.

I've booked a room for friends. I made a 100% prepayment. Upon the arrival of friends, there were no rooms available, so you sleep in the closet. How does conscience allow you to do this??? People were from far away. The prepayment was not refunded. Shame on you!!!
