The Eden Hotel in Burabai is a real paradise! The rooms are spacious, cozy and very clean, with magnificent views of nature. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, creating a homely atmosphere. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, with dishes for every taste. The convenient location allows easy access to the main attractions of the resort. I especially liked the relaxation area and the spa: an ideal place to relax after an active day. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone who is looking for comfort and tranquility!

We stayed at this hotel from December 7 to December 9, 2023. We had a wonderful rest, this is really a family hotel, everything is thought out for all ages and a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, a huge library and piano, a playroom for children on the entire fifth floor, there is something for every child, a spa with wonderful specialists, a gym, a cinema room where there are films for any age and interest, cartoons. And there are such huge pine trees around the hotel, so many different recreation areas. The frosts, of course, were strong at that time, but we were not bored and managed to breathe clean, fresh air! Many thanks to all the staff for their responsiveness and excellent work! And the food is just great! There is a restaurant nearby, you can order lunches or dinners for every taste! Come for a wonderful vacation and pleasant impressions!!!

The kitchen is delicious, good portions
of the Jacuzzi are green and the changing rooms are not clear in the pool. There was a bathroom in the room because of the carvalade, they gave me a cot, it was all broken. And minus the music from the nearest hotels playing at night.

Expectation and reality in our case. They have an excellent marketer on Instagram, everything is perfect, but in fact the service is zero (except for the guy's administrator, he tries to help in everything) everything is old, one small elevator, it's not very convenient with a stroller. The electricity was also cut off several times. The food is average.

We went with a family of 5 people, we liked absolutely everything! Friendly staff, especially the restaurant employee Zhanarbek, a very pleasant and friendly man, was remembered)
They were fed tasty and a lot 3 times a day. There is an outdoor swimming pool and baths on site.

Rooms 4 because of the dirty sofas in the family room + it's cold in the rooms, they gave me a heater that dries the air, but the most thing I was shocked by was the pool, so much chlorine was added, it's just terrible, on the last day in the morning I decided to swim and regretted it when I went to the highway my eyes hurt and became it's bad to see (fog in the eyes) and I understand that you need to add chlorine, but not in such an amount that you go into the room it becomes hard to breathe, for two days my children swam there themselves, I did not go into the pool at all, I would not have allowed them to be there, tomorrow I will go to the doctor if the fog does not pass in the eyes.

A cozy 5-storey ponsionate with a mesh elevator in the very center of the village of Burabai, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Prices are high as in other things and everywhere.
The pros are a good Baskin, a jackuzi, a Finnish steam room (but the tiles in the jackuzi are already falling off).
Good quality furniture in common leisure areas there is a library, a cinema room, a Thai spa and treatment rooms. Children are also provided with a whole floor equipped for drawing games and crafts. On the territory of the complex there is a playground, a stone waterfall and in general, this boarding house in a compartment with courteous staff leaves positive impressions, but there are also disadvantages
I'll start with food overcooked side dishes noodles, rice spoil the impression of an expensive and high-quality dream considering small portions of 3 meals a day (but the portion size is for an amateur)
I repeat about the absence of tile fragments in the jacket and basin, I will also note the depressing condition of the plumbing in the shower stalls
I could turn a blind eye to this, but provided the prices are more humane, the bathrobes that are given out in the rooms also look funny, they are all the same size and will be just for sophisticated ladies of no more than 44 size, and on me (a man of 100kg and 180cm height is still an option.

Pool area: in the women's shower, the shower tubes themselves leak heavily, that in the first, that in the second stall (my wife and I tried to wash my daughter), I had to go to the men's shower!
There is no wet steam room, it surprised me(
There is a sauna, over-dried, dark, like in hell you sit there, you get burned ...)
The pool is warm! The Jacuzzi is even warmer (like the July sea in the Emirates))
We went for a massage to the Thai women, I liked it, they know how to earn "tips"!))
The cinema is well ventilated!
Our room was 20, 4et, there is a lot of dust, cable, there is no "plate", if you say for TV! The room is cleaned on request! The mattress is cheap, sagging!
Wi-Fi is not fast, but in principle it is not bad. We didn't hear the neighbors, according to the noise, it seems to be normal.
There is no water heater in the toilet, which pleased me. There is also a kettle, in the hallway you can get clean water from the dispenser.
The elevator is cramped, sooo slow, still installed on the sunny side, stuffy, hot, cramped, slow! But what a view! However, the windows are dirty everywhere, I hope they have already been washed!)

I liked the food, high quality, home cooking, cook well, delicious!
Parking is closed at night, I liked it, cameras are installed everywhere around the perimeter.

The quality of the rooms does not match the price. The sofas are stained, the carpet is stained too, the water from the shower hose is splashing in all directions. At the reception, they talk through their lips. Barbecues for an additional fee. Simply put, for 80 thousand you can find a much nicer hotel. There is a lot to choose from.
