We really liked it. Quiet, calm, five minutes to the beach - the beach is the best in Batumi today. The manager Zaur helped as much as he could - he met at the airport, changed dollars, and when they ran out, then rubles from the card to lari. His wife Lali prepares delicious buffet breakfasts every morning - there is everything you need, Turkish coffee will be brewed upon request. The room is cleaned every other day, everything is clean, there are no mosquitoes and flies. For the price of a room for two with a daughter, it cost us 5.5 per day. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, but payment is only by Visa card or transport card, we took a Yandex taxi. It is best to have lunch and dinner at the nearby Kapitan Hotel - they cook very tasty there. There is also a cafe "White House" nearby, which is also not bad, but there are a lot of visitors. I recommend the hotel if you do not need a view of the sea from the room, the neighboring mountains are enough)))

Solid 4. Clean, friendly friendly host and staff. There are many Russians. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot to the sea. Not a bad breakfast.
Up to 5 there was not enough personal space, namely shared balconies with neighbors, all movements inside the room are also at a glance, if you do not close the curtains. The water in the stall takes a long time, while in 2 rooms the problem is similar. In general, nothing critical and the idea of going back there on occasion is not scary)

This is the third summer we have been vacationing at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, and the administration is just golden guys! They are very hospitable and friendly. Manager Zaur has long since moved from the category of an administrator to the category of a true friend. He will always tell you and tell you how, where and what to do! A picturesque and very quiet place! The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot, and the water there is the cleanest!!! So you can safely choose this hotel and a good rest is guaranteed to you!

A great , family-run hotel !!! Good-natured host, good breakfasts, 5 minutes to the sea, cleaning every other day, clean air and sea, unlike Batumi. I recommend it!!!

I stayed at the hotel from 03-14.09.2024. Lovely hotel and staff. The breakfasts are simply amazing. The owner of the hotel Zaur is just a wonderful person who will help with any question. The sea is 5 minutes away. I will have the opportunity to come next year. I highly recommend it to everyone!!! You will not regret coming.

Good day to all! I found this hotel through Tinkoff Travel, read the reviews and decided to book, and I will say right away that I did not lose!!! A great hotel, from May to mid-September you can also include breakfast, which is very convenient! Clean rooms, bed linen and towels are changed every other day! 5 minutes walk to the sea! Gonio is a great residential area, there is a promenade, many shops, 4km to Turkey. The owner is a very sociable and friendly person, if you have a question, he will answer or tell you!
In general, I recommend this hotel for all 💯%, no worse, come and check for yourself!!!

The hotel itself is not bad. But the breakfasts are too meager (not a buffet in any way, as they say), old furniture, especially beds with hard mattresses .....
Plus, the location to the sea is very good and the staff is friendly.

We were in July 2022, the sea is cleaner than in Batumi, but the sun was caught only for a couple of days, then it rains for a week according to the forecast, overall the impressions of the hotel are positive, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, the water is in order, hot and the pressure is good, there are soap accessories.
