For the first time in this hotel, small,cozy,clean..the wonderful cuisine and the perfect pastry chef won me over))..the hotel is 3 months old (renovation). The SPA area is in the process of renovation. An additional bonus is that there are few children)))
Most of all, I liked that the hotel is next to the sea, that there are few people than in large hotels where we have been before, plus a clean beach, clean water, good depth, there is no endless number of boats sniffing under our noses ...
As explained by a Tunisian who vacationed there "for the first and last time!" all the disadvantages of service due to the fact that the hotel is for sale and the current owners do not want to invest in it.
Among the disadvantages: stupid service in the dining room, monotonous food, very few fruits (watermelon and unsweetened, unripe melon-for dinner), no boiling water and tea can not be brewed-the water is warm, and only for breakfast! A merchant walks along the beach with a kettle, apparently, the local service realized that people want to drink tea at least on the beach! 🙈 😁
Room cleaning is average, the floor is covered with carpet everywhere, which prevents WASHING the floor and generates a musty smell in the room. We have adapted to leave the air conditioner on, but, in my opinion, this is an extra expenditure of energy!
Entertainment is provided every day, for children and those who need loud music-wonderful! For us, who came for a relaxing holiday, it's a horror. The room where we spent the first 2 nights overlooked the pool, I thought we were going crazy:(( Then the room was changed to #523 with a sea view, very good, with figs right under our balcony, it became incomparably better, but how do those who live by the pool relax??? However, all people are different... Fruits were falling from the figs and I picked them up, washed and ate them almost every day! 🤓
In general, the rest was good, as FEW PEOPLE, CLEAN WATER, A GOOD BEACH are THE MAIN THINGS. For us.
A three-star hotel. But the staff is friendly and polite or I just don't understand Arabic well))) Nice beach. It is better not to go out into the city because there is nothing to do there from the word at all.
