I ordered breakfast in the room in the evening, I didn't wait for it in the morning!!!!! and there was another receptionist at the reception who was not aware of what was happening at all!!!
The day before the flight, I asked the reception to wake me up at 9 a.m. As a result, the call from the administrator rang only at 9_46!!!!!
For a 3-star level, I think this is very BAD!!!!
IN ANY NORMAL SEEDY PLACE, TOWELS ARE CHANGED EVERY DAY! AND THEY DON'T PICK THEM UP FROM THE FLOOR AND HANG THEM ON A HANGER!!! NOT TO MENTION THE COMPLETE IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATORS!!
