A good three-star hotel. Breakfast is 10 leva (continental, with good coffee and quite varied). The center is a 10-minute walk away, the bus station (to get to the sea) is 10 minutes in the other direction. There is a good national restaurant 3 minutes away. The rooms are clean, spacious, with a certain luck overlooking Vitosha Mountain. The staff speaks English well, and they will understand you in Russian. Good price-quality ratio. We'll stop next time.

A very normal hotel for the price, comfort corresponds to stardom, in a quiet location within walking distance to the center, two steps from the metro.
