A great cozy hotel on the outskirts of Florence. We stayed for a couple of days in the autumn of 2919. Nice clean rooms, not expensive. A good hearty breakfast is less than 10 euros. Details on TopHotels. In general, I liked it. The only drawback is that there are no grocery stores nearby, this must be borne in mind. I recommend it!

A normal hotel near the airport, spent the night before departure. 10 min walk to the tram stop, which goes to the airport and to the city center.
