A great authentic hotel on a quiet street in the old quarter of Istanbul next to Sultanahmet Square. Of course there are small,,Turkish,, flaws): they will forget to put an ox, then the consumables), but these are such trifles compared to all the rest of the pleasure that just makes you smile. Quite modest, but hearty breakfasts, very polite and helpful staff.
Very good location to walk to all the main attractions, near the T1 tram line, near the Eminenyu marina.
Istanbul... The Garden House Hotel.. It is located in the most convenient location.. All the sights of the European side of Istanbul are within walking distance.. The service is at the highest level.. The staff is very polite, specially selected Russian speakers for Russians.. Delicious food and a very beautiful presentation.. The rooms are different, but very beautiful and comfortable.. If you are going to Istanbul, I recommend this hotel, you will not regret it..
An absolutely wonderful place. You will not regret if you stop your choice. Amazing breakfasts, a chic restaurant. The authentic atmosphere of a traditional Turkish mansion. Elvin Bey and Murat will always come to your aid if you need it. Thanks to them for their support! We wish you all a good rest!
I chose the hotel in Istanbul according to the principle - not expensive, cozy and necessarily in the very historical center of Istanbul. The Garden House Hotel has lived up to expectations. It is located on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. The hotel has its own mini garden. A good restaurant with pleasant service. The prices in the restaurant are above average, but we ate there often, it was so convenient for us. The number of rooms at the hotel is of course very outdated. Guests with complaints are definitely not here. But for me, this "antiquity", on the contrary, gives atmosphere and originality in combination with the old city. Everything you need is in the room. The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable. The hotel has an attentive staff. All my requests were fulfilled. A transfer from the airport and back was ordered through the hotel (60 units). One of the things that I didn't really like was the behavior of the hotel manager Alvin. Too brave a friend, I would say arrogant, speaks Russian. At first he was nice, diplomatic, joking, then strange suggestions on the topic of joint walks went ((( And realizing that there was no reciprocity.. resentments began . Not professionally. And considering that I am a married woman and rested with an adult daughter at least not decently ((((I do not remove the star for the behavior of the manager) I hope he does not often allow himself such behavior🤣
A very nice and cozy hotel, everyone is friendly, ready to prompt and help! Especially a cool person who was standing at the entrance (they were a long time ago, maybe they have already changed). There was also a cool cat who looked with very cute eyes that it was impossible not to feed him😅
My friends! Albeit belatedly, but a review from the bottom of my heart! We flew on vacation in May via Istanbul , and decided to choose a hotel in the center on , and I don 't remember which resource already . And you were not mistaken ! We arrived and checked in in the evening, arrived from the airport and were met by two managers, one manager named Alvin, spoke excellent Russian, an incredibly charming and amiable young man, and this helped us out for the next three days of rest, with all organizational and sightseeing questions we turned to him and Alvin helped us solve them! The hotel, I would say, is a boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Everything is nearby . It's a pleasure to walk. And the sea , too , the embankment , very close , 10 minutes on foot and walk, admire the sunrises and sunsets and there were so many fishermen on the embankment , it's incredible !
So, we arrived in the evening, there is a restaurant in the courtyard, there is a very tasty rack of lamb and all the other dishes, pleasant music is playing, and in the morning there are breakfasts there - a lot of flowers and greenery in the interior. The food is delicious for breakfast, on request, various egg dishes, omelets, etc. The lobby of the hotel has furniture like from a palace, you can drink tea/coffee, sweets and fruits according to the season. We had a small room on the third floor, but very cozy and with a balcony to the courtyard! My friend had a birthday and the compliment from the hotel was a pleasant surprise - with a cake and a candle for making a wish! I don't know what my friend wished for, but I want to return to the beautiful city of Istanbul and, of course, to visit old friends! And I wish you to look there, if necessary, you will be satisfied!
Very cozy hotel, polite staff. Special respect to Alvin! Restaurant: every dish is a work of art, very tasty! The breakfasts are ordinary, not particularly memorable. For those who are interested in the sights of Istanbul, I recommend it! Everything is nearby, within walking distance.
A chic hotel, despite the relative fatigue of the rooms. Daily cleaning, change of soap and soap accessories, terrace, beautiful yard, birds singing))) the food in the restaurant is very tasty, the portions are large, the location is convenient, many attractions can be walked around. The staff is positive, kind, attentive and there are even Russian speakers. The vacation is just a delight! The only disadvantage is taxi drivers who cheat all the time, do not turn on the meter and overestimate the cost at times. I recommend the hotel to the Russian- speaking reception staff and the assistant , special thanks
Excellent staff, sincere, always ready to help, thanks a lot to Alvin and Murat! Wonderful restaurant, service, special thanks to Anna!
Convenient location, combination - price, quality!
A wonderful hotel! It is located near the main sights of Istanbul. There is a private courtyard in which there is a restaurant where delicious dishes are served. The rooms are spacious. We were upgraded to a Suite with our own hammam for free. Cleaning every day. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I recommend.
A wonderful hotel! The staff is very polite, there are Russian-speaking managers. The room categories have been upgraded. The room with a private hammam is very cool. The hotel's restaurant is considered one of the best in Istanbul. Delicious, beautiful serving, large portions.
Nice hotel. It was very important to settle near the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Hagia Sophia. I came across an Ottoman-style room. The service at the hotel is at a good level, but the restaurant is expensive. Overall, a good experience of staying at the Rose Garden Suite Hotel.
A nice and cozy hotel with good breakfasts. To the most famous places you need to go uphill (for lovers of easy paths it will not work). The extractor hood smelled very strongly in the room, it was not fixed until the end of the rest.
The hotel is old, the plumbing is not exactly dead... It's just that there's always water on the floor in the shower, everything is flowing. Accordingly, the room is always stuffy and humid. The room itself was in the basement, with windows overlooking the restaurant in the courtyard. The curtains had to be kept closed at all times.
The breakfast is the same, not to say that it is completely tasteless, but.. for an amateur.
One of the advantages is the responsive, Russian-speaking staff and, of course, the location, everything can be reached on foot.
We had a rest in November 2020, everything is great! We saw Istanbul. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are cozy and clean. They only ate in the restaurant and almost nowhere else, it's tastier only there!
Very cozy hotel,delicious food,clean rooms,good location,close to all attractions

The class corresponds to 3*. The rooms are small, the ceilings are not high, plumbing, etc. -budget level. Everything is saved by a good restaurant with a courtyard garden and friendly staff. The restaurant creates a comfortable atmosphere of staying at the hotel. A solid 4 for everything in total))

It was very tasty at @garden1897restaurant, I recommend it to all tourists vacationing in Istanbul!!! This is a cozy place! The kitchen is bombically delicious! The staff is Russian-speaking, well done! You are guaranteed a delicious dinner and pleasant surprises from the establishment… I advise you, you won't regret it!!!!
We had a weekend break at this hotel. I liked everything. Friendly staff, breakfast.
P.S. we didn't have toothbrushes and toothpaste in our room. Everything else is available: slippers, towels, gels, shampoo.
The hotel is located in the historical center, located on 5+. A very cozy garden!! Only positive impressions remained, despite the austere breakfasts :)
It's not really a hotel. These are small Turkish apartments in an old Turkish apartment building. It's very cool when you walk like a Turk, enter your house directly from the street, opening the door with your key. Lovely guys at the reception and a very nice host, a young guy. Everyone has good English. The cleaning lady is an elderly, very pleasant Armenian, speaks Russian well. A very family atmosphere.
A cozy hotel, I liked everything, and the restaurant at the hotel is just above all praise!

Our reservation was cancelled a week before arrival. We found a more suitable option for less money. They do not make contact, the attitude towards the guests is bad
