In terms of price and quality, this is the best hotel in Gudauri. We took accommodation with breakfast and dinner. The food is European, not spicy. The staff is attentive. If you don't spare the money for a view room, you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The transfer to the ski lift helped a lot, while a taxi would have cost 25 GEL, i.e. decent savings. Shops are within walking distance. Keep in mind that spar is cheaper. If possible, buy everything on the way to Gudauri, because everything here is at cosmic prices. Skis were rented at a nearby hotel.

We were passing through the hotel. A wonderful place! The rooms are clean, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and professional. Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly given a pleasant discount and given a welcome drink for the restaurant.
The restaurant occupies the entire lower floor. A warm homely atmosphere is what you need after a hard day on the road. Homemade wine, mind-blowing khinkali, friendly staff! Even an area with a game console and modern video games, which will perfectly accommodate fans of fighting in fifa. Perhaps you don't need more.
Buffet breakfast. There is an exit from the restaurant to the street, where you can endlessly look at the mountain scenery with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The hotel is excellent, new, the rooms are clean and with everything you need to stay. We stopped in passing, the location is very convenient, as it stands slightly away from the main highway, respectively, there is no noise of trucks. The view from the windows is beautiful and dazzling. The cook at the restaurant is a magician, I have never eaten such delicious khinkali, and the homemade wine is very cool, we even bought it for bottling with us! By the way, the restaurant is large and cozy, so to speak, with its own atmosphere, and stained glass windows overlooking the most beautiful slopes of the Caucasus Mountains only add emotion! Upon check-in, we were given a pleasant surprise in the form of welcome drinks at the restaurant, you could choose from a glass of wine, a shot of chacha or cognac. You can also go out of the restaurant to an outdoor area with tables and sit outside.

We were at the snow time bar in the basement. Very tasty dishes and a large selection. Meat, khinkali, khachapuri - everything is perfect. Even after eating, I didn't feel heavy. The homemade wine is pleasant.
High-quality hookah. They mix good tobacco - there is darkseid and masthev, and they are closely monitored.
The staff is friendly and will help with questions about where to go and how to ride. I highly recommend it. There is no photo, because they ate everything :)

From the obvious, I would like to advise you to work with a boot dryer, it's not expensive, battery dry....
And to put a cooler on the floors or provide water in the rooms, the issue of water is as obvious to a tourist these days as the actual bed in the room.
Nice hotel, helpful staff.

The hotel is awesome for your money. The rooms are clean, new plumbing, disposable accessories from toothbrushes to body cream, linen and towels are changed on request, dining area with super panoramic views, buffet: delicious, varied, satisfying. Very friendly and polite staff, it's nice to feel during your vacation that they will always help you.
Of the little things, I would like to note that it always smells damp, even a special heater could not warm the room for a comfortable temperature for us, it was always cool, it was not clear why they did not give drinking water to the room (on request, you could always take it at the reception), the TV had sound problems, there were some on the wallsthose are not clear spots.
But it's all so small that the advantages are more than covered, we will recommend this place to everyone🤗

I can and will recommend both the hotel and the staff. The location is convenient. Nearby there is a minibus stop, a shop, a pharmacy and all sorts of little things.. there is a shuttle service to the ski lift 2 times a day, which is very convenient. Buffet meals: a lot of delicious, satisfying. Thanks a lot to the staff. In the evening, there is also something to do (board games, playstation, hookah), the rooms are clean, the plumbing is working. The views are awesome.

A cozy hotel with polite and helpful Russian-speaking staff. Home environment. The kitchen is gorgeous. The restaurant with stained glass windows and mountain views makes it even more attractive. The transfer to the ski lifts takes 3 minutes. The rooms are clean. The hotel opened 3 years ago.

Clean rooms and pleasant renovation. The staff and the kitchen were especially pleased. Everything is very tasty and the guys are insanely responsive! There is a shuttle service to the lifts.

The hotel is good. Beautiful view, good breakfast, soft beds, large area of rooms, there is a set-top box with Russian channels, good Internet speed, there is a shuttle service to the mountain and a big plus for the friendly staff.
Of the cons: there is no dryer for equipment (everything was dragged to the room), well, it didn't work out with the cleaner (although we didn't wash the floors in principle)
